So who is attacking who? Last I checked Hez is not inside Israel's territory but the other way around, its Israel's leadership who refused to apply the same ceasefire to Lebanon, so I think we all know who is wrong here.

You are aware Hezbollah is attacking Israel from inside of Lebanese territory. So it is wrong for Israel to go to the source to shut that crap down?

It is Iran who wants to make it conditional that attacks on their proxies stop and be included in any peace agreement. Israel doesn't see it that way.

Iran obviously wants to be able to retain its proxies for periodic use as it has been doing for so many years. Not having them means it is directly exposed to retaliation, as has been happening for the past 40 or so days.

Whether they will succeed in this, or to control the Strait remains to be seen. I guess a work-in-progress, as they say, for now.

Yes, but it was Israel who have attacked Lebanon, even during the Gaza war which is still going on, now Israel is not going to any source they are just killing people senselessly, maybe you should watch other news channels than fox news.
Iran wants to protect its proxies like everyone else does, didn't US tried to protect its proxies in Syria? Plus didn't Israel attacked Iran twice now during the negotiations ? and violate every other ceasefire in Gaza/Lebanon? Also i doubt Israel is going to any source they are just expanding and attacking civilians, we have seen this, UN observers have seen/reported it, and every neutral party has witness it.

I doubt if a prolonged stalemate is any better than war - from a global economic standpoint, that is. People got sh1t to do!

All these moving of goalpost are delay tactics to get through the World Cup and 250th 4th of July celebration without a conflict being center of attention after these events are over well..... Whoever is in charge of Iran right now hopefully is smart enough to know that after the 4th is danger time for them.

Hezbollah is responding to over 1000 violations of the ceasefire by Israel. Lebanese have the right to defend themselves too.

Iran is right to demand a ceasefire on all front to deprive the Israelis excuses for mischief.
