Whatever this Awami Action Committee is doing doesn't make sense. It is clearly trying to create a divide and fomenting hatred in the people of J&K. It is intentionally or intentionally harming Pakistan's principled stand on the Kashmir dispute. The seats reserved for the refugees from Indian occupied J&K make the Azad Kashmir's assembly more representative of all people of Kashmir state (including Indian occupied part). It provides a basis to Pakistan's claim on the whole state of J&K and legitimizes the right of all people of J&K (including the refugees from Indian occupied part of the J&K currently living anywhere in Pakistan) in any future plebiscite. Besides, demolishing these seats is a constitutional matter that can only be handled through a proper constitutional process. The refusal by the members of this action committee to follow that constitutional process only exposes them to be either recalcitrant or working for enemy (i.e. RAW/Mossad).

Getting almost free electricity and wheat/flour at extremely low prices is unjust to say the least. But abusing that cheap electricity and flour for commercial purposes is exploitive and criminal. These sick-minded members of the action committee have been adamantly doing that for over an year now and are still trying to blackmail Pakistan for even more exploitation.

The claims by the action committee of only staging a peaceful protest is no more than a lie and deception. These terrorists martyred quite a few policemen during their violent protests Last year. They have again abducted 17 security personnel yesterday. A group of such terrorists and murderers could be anything but peaceful protesters. They have also publicly told their supporters to burn/destroy any communication towers that come on their way. This is not a peaceful protest. Rather it's terrorism aimed at blackmailing the state government and Pakistan. It's obvious from their actions that the members of that action committee are indeed terrorists and murderers that need to be handled with iron fist.

Pakistan needs to stop providing any subsidies on wheat, sugar, and electricity to the people of Azad Kashmir. It's simply unfair and only enables some blackmailers to get stronger. Instead of fighting Indians, who have raped countless number of women and killed over a hundred thousand people in Indian occupied J&K, these terrorists have started fighting against their biggest supporter, Pakistan, and stabbed in their back by trying to demolish their representation in Azad Kashmir parliament. These members of action committee are, in fact, traitors in its every sense and must be treated as such.

Pakistan has never been a soft state like this. The goons of another terrorist Maulvi, Nasir Abbas, burned several security persons alive in GB earlier this year. This maulvi and his goons deserve to be burned in the same manner they committed that crime.

Erm just no. Many Mirpuris had already gone in the late 40's and 50's due to their army service in the BIA and the merchant navy. Bradford had a population of 6,000 AJK people in 1950, way before any Mangla plan. This story is always pulled out during times of strife i.e. that the Mirpuris should be thankful we gave them a passport. Yes, in turn they had their ancestral lands flooded, it wasn't free.

There were total 5-10k Pakistanis in UK by 1950 including Mirpuris. Mirpuris went in thousands as Mangla dam compensations allowed them to move out and migrated to UK.

The point is Mangla dam was a boom for Mirpur. It allowed many to move to UK with compensation money. Many got lands in Punjab. Even now AJK govt get billions of benefits from dam.

The problem is AJK nationalism is inspired by IoK paharis who have completely surrendered to Indian state. India moved in quickly and subjugated IoK paharis with brutal force. Now they are as pro India as anyone can be. With only ethnic Kashmiris resisting.

Now these paharis of IoK do pysops on AJK paharis and make them anti-Pakistan.

There was 15,000 by the end of the 1950's, that still goes against the narrative they started to leave after Mangla happened. Yes, it was compensation, but would you give you everything you own and loved for a ticket abroad? Pakistan was doing well then, and very few people wanted to move abroad.
Lands were given in Punjab and that's fair.
Whilst the Valley has remained the heart of the separatist war, Poonch, Rajouri, and Doda, all Pahari areas have also been hotbeds of activity.
The IOK Paharis have no effect on the opinions of AJK. We had that split since AJK fought for its freedom against the Dogra Raj and Indian army.
