Well I am getting a feeling that finally US has decided to ditch isreal and made a deal humiliating deal. Like US has said go **** yourself isreal this war is costing us too much. Now the thing is if isreal is attacked by Iran in the coming days would US will be dragged again or not?

On reflection, I see the benefits in not falling into Israel's trap. The cost of an attack would have been heavy with limited utility, we cannot really enforce our redline through missiles, but maybe we can through this ceasefire. If not, we can say we tried...

In any case, strategic failure for Trump/the US, look how the bastard spoke at the start of the war:

BREAKING: Following Israel's attack on Lebanon this morning, Iran had canceled negotiations and prepared to attack Israel, per Fars News.

However, after "last-minute concessions" offered by President Trump, Iran was "persuaded to forgo the attack."

These concessions reportedly include:

1. The preservation of Lebanon’s territorial integrity

2. Israel’s withdrawal from the Lebanese border.

3. "The immediate lifting of the siege"

Iran is expected to release an official statement on the peace deal shortly.

I think it all depends on what will happen from hereafter.

I am sort of optimistic. At least our people can get some temporary relief from being under crushing economic conditions. Even if it lasts 3 months, it's better than nothing.

And you are right. Our missiles are not capable of enforcing our red lines in Israel. We need to work on alternative solutions instead of relying on missiles and militias. There's a good chance that Hezbollah will not survive in a year or two.
