(For the record, I was only in Pakistan when I made the account I don't permanently reside there, even then I was using a VPN so the flags in my profile shouldn't be taken too seriously. )
Moving onto Indians, if you believe they see you as inferior, then you are wrong. Indians have an inferiority complex rooted in both race and religion, and they only lash out in hatred as a coping mechanism in rage. There's no "superiority", it is insecurity they see Pakistanis as generally lighter skinned, better looking and the region's heritage is the actual inheritor of the best history of South Asia, from the Indus Valley main archeological sites to the Vedic ara.
They are insecure gangetics who lash it in their inferiority complex at North-Western Indics who left their paganised belief system which they today worship cows, eat cow poop, worship demonic statues in the name of today.
Everything about Indians is self-hate and dysgenic practises, down to their own rigid caste system. They don't actually believe in their superiority. This is why they are so adamant on claiming Pakistan, compared to mocking Bangladeshis who they see as actually inferior.
One thing
@PakistanLVR is right on is that resident Pakistanis are largely naive and oblivious to all this. They are what one calls "miskeen" (innocent, clueless, biomass)
Now moving back to the original analysis by this Singaporean diplomat, and keeping his heritage in mind, if you independetly analyse his criticism of Pakistani politicans being useless, predominant feudalism holding the country back, major economic & institutional dysfunctionality woes – this is all 100% true and its NOT only Indians saying this. Its a general analytical view of Pakistan for a while. Obviously you need to be careful with Indians trying to
twist truths into serving their own agenda.
This being said, the raw critique is true. On the military he says it holds the country together but also rightly calls it out for maintaining this status quo above, when it could use its outsized influence to
reform it but instead does not.
This is all valid.
