Pakistan should make exactly this point. This person and his crimes are a product of thier society.

If British police had taken his first victims seriously then he would have not been able to get away with his crimes for so long.

Surly if they are going to deport this vile criminal then then British authorities should also deport Altaf Hussain (MQM) who caused mass misery across Karachi. Unless he has already gone?

Pakistan will most likely comply of British demands as they fear the white European.

If he has completed his prison sentence, then he has paid his debt to society. Therefore, there are no more grounds, on the basis of the crimes for which he was sent to prison, to seek his deportation, if he has UK citizenship.

If he has completed his prison sentence, then he has paid his debt to society. Therefore, there are no more grounds, on the basis of the crimes for which he was sent to prison, to seek his deportation, if he has UK citizenship.
