Hamedan is not in any shape to hold planes. Will require months maybe over a year to rebuild the base.

Unless you want to store them in Oghab base to collect dust

Lets say for the sake of argument they are there...

Algeria placed the order back in ...(what)... 2021.

And got ...(what)... two.

By what miracle would Iran be expecting to get any - sooner.

The US Orders for F-16's is FULL. And nations that placed orders for 'em back when we were running the old [PDF] are still waiting for their Vipers.

Iran has to take the blame that they never bothered to improve their Air Force in the past many decades.
