I feel ashamed over the treatment of Afghan refugees: Imran Khan

Public image matters.

Even dictatorships ultimately care about public image, because a dissatisfied public leads to an overthrow.

People involve in coups, who was arrested, exactly? Also "house arrest" isn't exactly a punishment, neither is exile for the rich and the elite.

Also, no one was "blown to pieces" in mid air.

You're gonna have to give names here.
  • Army Chief General Yahya Khan under house arrest for 7-years.
  • Army Chief General Zia-ul-Haq blown to smithereens in mid-air.
  • Army Chief General Pervez Musharraf arrested and sent to exile.
  • Wannabe Army Chief General Faiz Hameed in jail.

Retired generals and judges don't tend to stay in Pakistan, by the way. They tend to leave the first chance they get.
  • Pakistan Army has around 200 serving Generals at any one time.
  • Pakistan's High Courts and the Supreme Court has around 126 judges at any one time.

You're obviously only looking at the positions of the handful of Army Chiefs and the Supreme Court judges, and assuming they make up the "Establishment".

But I just found out that the current regime in Pakistan tried to arrest my retired old uncle, who isn't even involved in politics any longer, just because he was a former member of PTI.

And to top it all off? Since the increased corruption since the new regime began, I have lost a ton of money.

Go **** yourself, you piece of fucking shit.
My extremely apolitical cousin happened to be a good businessman. On that day, he just made a video of the march near the Cant area (he was managing an event). He was caught in geo-fencing, was thrown in jail, and he nearly lost his eye.
As he is a wealthy businessman and has connections (in police and bureaucracy), he still spent a year in jail.

Time and again, Imran Khan has voiced his opposition to repatriation of Afghan refugees.

I can’t agree much bug Sun treatment of Afghan refugees was worsen US treatment of any immigrants in the history after second war… these refugees were here for more than three decades and boxing through them out. What a terrible thing to do.
Can the people see they paid the price for a few bad Africans in Pakistan are most of those Afghans who are coming from cross border this is terrible policy. Pakistan acted so low kinda like sometimes think slightly lower than the Israeli genocide didn’t genocide Afghans but kicked them out.

  • Army Chief General Yahya Khan under house arrest for 7-years.
He was a drunkard who lost Pakistan its territory. He should have been executed.
  • Army Chief General Zia-ul-Haq blown to smithereens in mid-air.
It wasn't an assassination, and no evidence exists it was.
  • Army Chief General Pervez Musharraf arrested and sent to exile.
He lived a free, rich life in the Dubai.
  • Wannabe Army Chief General Faiz Hameed in jail.
And what coup did he commit? He was thrown in prison on, what everyone knows is false charges.
  • Pakistan Army has around 200 serving Generals at any one time.
And?

Once again, and?

What? No, that's YOUR stance, not mine.

I literally didn't even add judges to the establishment, YOU did.

I literally said that the military is the establishment.

Did you get confused, and switch positions with me?

Fcuk the Afghans

We have many more haramis to round up and throw out

We gave them a chance and they fcuked up

We have got time to pick out the good ones from the shit

Just round them up and throw them out

Do a PROPER CENSUS, work out who has got proper I.D cards and anyone with fake I.D THROW OUT, throw out their entire family and lineage

If they got married here, then let the partner either divorce or leave with the Afghan
The children shouldn't get automatic residency

We have been far to lenient for far too long, all this Muslim this and Muslim that, doesn't work when they attack us and lay claim to our sovereign land

Only today, Afghans have killed 9 police, in yet another pointless attack

Afghans out
Border closed
No treatment
No visa
No use of airports or ports
No trade
No scholarships
No work
No education

Absolutely NOTHING for the Afghans, just stay on the opposite side of the border and maybe we can get some peace for a while

He lived a free, rich life in the Dubai. ...
Oh okay.

And what coup did he commit? He was thrown in prison on, what everyone knows is false charges. ...
Typical PTI Shaikh Chilli.

Okay. Weirdo.

Did you get confused, and switch positions with me?
Whenever we have a debate, I feel like I am debating with a teenage girl. So yes, it can get quite confusing. Good day.

Oh okay.

Typical PTI Shaikh Chilli.
How does that make me a PTI Sheikh Chilli?

You just say things.

I literally stated a fact.

was he not a drunkard?

was he not ultimately responsible for the loss of Pakistani territory?

Any such person should be executed.

Okay. Weirdo.
How is me stating literal facts weird?

Whenever we have a debate, I feel like I am debating with a teenage girl. So yes, it can get quite confusing. Good day.
That sounds like a skill issue on your part.

I stated facts.

You stated feelings and made up bs.

You get confused by your own stance every time.

And why did you highlight the "I"s and "You"s. What kind of weirdo does that?

Just another overhyped lame duck. This was his finest moment :ROFLMAO:

Cant believe i used to support this zionist Goldsmith byproduct.

Everything. Foolish attempt at an argument. Muslims have also been drinking unpasteurized milk, mighty stupid to keep on doing it today.

Typical PTI fanboys, everytime they have no counter argument you guys just take the easy route by accusing us truth seekers as being trolls.

The "Establishment" does not mean military.

It is a large group of people from all walks of life including judges, politicians, and other powerful people in a country.

hahahaha..... I am amazed at you misinformation and twisted knowledge "Judges", "Politicians" LMAO! You certainly are not from Pakistan if you make such basic mistakes. What judge or politician was part of establishment during Gen Ayub regime or Zia ul haq regime OR musharraf regime Or Asim Munir regime ? These single one man show generals could employee politicians like puppets for their own cause, Or force Judges for decisions they wanted (As it happened throughout the history) it does not mean those judges or politicians were somehow "powerful" or somehow "equals" and part of a larger group "the establishment". What fantasy world you really live in ?

I don't think Pakistan is ruled by the military. It is ruled by the Establishment which is supervised by the Deep State.

Establishment = COAS.
Deep State = COAS (and all the tools available to him like ISI. Now Don't assume that ISI is also deep state or establishment. As COAS can change the ISI general in snap of a finger. They work for him. )

Judges, politicians, civil servants can be thrown in jails or even abducted in an instant. OR even assasinated. Even the Lt-Generals in military can be thrown in jails in an instant, their all medals revoked and all powers taken in snap of a finger by COAS

There used to be establishment in Pakistan only in the first decade 1950s. But the word kept sticking till now. However, everyone understood that what establishment meant apart from you.

Now you need to understand basic difference being part of a group with equal powers like every member of board of governors may have equal powers. There is nothing like that. Its one-man show.

It can happen that there can be a a judge or a president that is only "aligned" with the COAS out of necessity ( they don't have a choice otherwise). It does not mean they are "part" of establishment. It only means they are "working for" the establishment. like an employee works for a boss.

Whats wrong with military being in charge? Throughtout muslim history, military has always controlled politics. Riyasat e medina was just a choran for his brainwashed Muslim followers and secular state was a choran for libturd Pakistanis. In reality he would turn entire Pakistan like KPK if he had all power.

Name a single country that is run by military and is successful today. OR has good economy OR name a single country in G20 that is run by military directly or indirectly (like Pakistan). You won't find it. It will never happen that a military run country can become successful. Its impossible. Look around, you will see worst examples in the world being run by the military like Myanmar (A loser General just for the sake of power, ousted the democratic govt and brought the country into civil war). Look at Sudan. Another civil war because of Generals greed or lust for power.

If we don't understand basic flaw with Pakistan then we will never succeed. Military is never trained or built to run a country. The worst thing which can happen to a country is military General running the show. Because they are never meant to.

Now why General running the show is very disastrous because its very simple. They do not rule by moral authority. They rule by brute force (the army). The brute force (army) do not regard any law of the land but the command of their leader. In professional militaries, the chiefs are bound to retire within 1-2 years, so rotation keeps happening. No general should develop a lust for power so they break constitution and everything for their own power. Its disasterious for the military as well. Because there are so many deserving generals who just retire and never get the chance to become COAS. That myanmar general is now approaching 70 but is still in power. Now he can't let the power go, because then he'd face accountability. If there are politicians in power, they face accountability from elections every 4 or 5 years. But Generals NEVER face accountability because they have brute force. No judge, no police can dare write a case over them. They are above accountability and that is another fundamental flaw why military general should never be in charge of the country. See Gen Zia ruled Pakistan for a decade, the whole extremism / terrorism seeds were planted by him. He brought a madrassa revolution in the country which were actually jihadi factories. No one could stop him, no opposition, no judge, no public. That is why you don't crave for military generals to be in charge. That is a poison you need to stay away from. They have a very specific job, they should not be doing anything else.
