Why should Pakistan accept a British criminal?

this particular one might not be straightforward, UK might have to offer some concessions or demands from Pakistan once (if at all) the nationality of that rapist is revoked and all legal options by his defence are exhausted and his deportation rule is upheld.

It will depend entirely on what each side can offer the other, to get what it wants, out of the arrangement, in return. If Pakistan revokes his nationality then UK cannot render him stateless. So that may not be likely as a practical solution.

It may not come to even that. Applying an additional punishment for a crime for which the sentence has already been completed, by a retroactively applicable amendment would not be easy to get through UK courts. If it ever comes to that.

I want him shanked in the prision and die slowly and painfully through internal bleeding. I despise chomos and rapists. if I could I would contibute to any fund that provides goods and food items via prison commissaries. or canteens to lifers that are accused of killing those scumbags.

Your personal views, understandable as they might be, have no role to play in the provision of justice for all, equally.

After all, it would take ignorance of epic proportions to claim that a "free man" who "has served his sentence" somehow does not deserve anyone even "advocating on behalf of this individual and his right to exist freely", because that is utterly antithetical to the very concept of justice.

He committed a crime. He was caught and punished by due process. He has served his sentence.

Any civilized society with rule of law would, and should, find it difficult to go beyond that as a matter of principle.

It takes courage to stand up for what is right, no matter what, not only when it might be convenient to do so. Only ignorant fools follow where their blind emotions might lead without control, since that is the recipe for chaos.

Sir. He is a free man. He has served his sentence.

I suppose Pakistan could theoretically put him on "re-trial" and sentence him in Pakistan under the principle of Universal Jurisdiction.
Why? The man has lived in UK for over 50 years and committed several serious crimes in the UK. It is not Pakistans duty to put him on trial. When will Pakistan stop being a bullied nation of the white westerners.

It would be madness. The Brits need to be bluntly told that this won't happen. By all means rub it in with references to Altaf Hussain etc.

Agree completely.

I am merely pointing out legislation that could theoretically be used in the scenario outlined by another forum user.

Far right lunatic Rupert Lowe from Restore party has made several threats against Pakistanis, if Pakistan refuses to take him back.
Other politicians have stated they would put sanctions on Pakistan, reduce trade, stop issuing visas.
Pakistan will fold over and comply as the Shareefs property in London could be seized.
politically, Pakistan is exceptionally weak. Yet we still want to feed the scruffy western youtubers free meals as we see them as Angels.

This is where you guys in Britain need to put your foot on the necks of those back in Pakistan to accept this guy or anyone else. Exercise your political power like the Pakistanis in the U.S. have. All this talk about being a tough community and staying true to your roots will mean nothing if you can legally protect yourself.

If Pakistan accepts this POS rapist, they then can open the door to deporting any one of Pakistani background back to Pakistan for anything. It will have far reaching ramifications.

Money is power as it insulates you from the wolves attempting to harm you. There’s a reason why Elon the scum routinely targets Pakistanis in England. He dare wouldn’t do that to American ones.

If we start counting sexual crimes against underaged girls and the number of paedophiles, the Brits would be champions. They are still roaming the streets of Thailand as we speak.

Never trust a white man in south east Asia

They don't really care about sexual crimes

What they care about is, white girls being fcuked by Pakistani men or blacks or anyone

The audacity of wanting to deport someone to the same country they are hosting multiple fugitives of.

Pakistan was destabilized from multiple angles for the last few years.

Return all the fugitives NOW.

Politically very weak. There was a time Pakistan was ruthlessly bullied by every corner.
Today the Europeans especially the British are threatening Pakistan. Field Marshal and Shareef are afraid of the white man.

We have greater leverage today than we did before.

Moreover, UK has been weakened and cannot automatically rely on American support in any geopolitical matter.

Pakistan is in a position to resist UK's maneuvering. And that resistance should start now with senior level statements by Pakistani politicians.

The advice for London is simple - if you have a problem with the sentencing dealt out by your own liberandu courts, then modify your punishments. Shariah law compliant punishments in the case of human trafficking and rape would be a good start. Pakistan will not accept such heinous criminals as "free men".

This is for the jirga and panchayt to decide from Whatevershire or Whocaresborough.

Why do they call them BRITISH Pakistanis but Pakistani Americans? It is however a correct observation that Pakistani origin masses in the US concern themselves more with local politics but those in the UK show more interest in being more politically active in Pakistan. Its a colonial hangover of sorts.

Fascinating times ahead.

The writing has been on the wall for a long time, especially after Brexit. The Brits have been poking Pakistan for years, but never as openly as they are doing now. It doesn't take a genius to predict that diplomatic relations are heading downhill and perhaps toward a total collapse. It is only a matter of time before a far right nationalist anti-Islam political party comes to power in Britain, which would definitively end the bilateral relationship. It isn't far fetched to think that such a far right party in power would increase their hostility and attacks against Pakistan.

The fascinating thing will be observing how the Pakistani leadership reacts. Will they submit to British bullying and act as a lackey or will Pakistan stand its ground and reject it?

Bro you forget - attempting to debate with someone that always knows better deeper and smarter than you- the argument becomes pointless.
We live in the UK and know exactly what they are trying and attempting but he knows better……

Is that more futile than debating "with that same person who likes to sit on a train track, and tells everyone it is fine, there is no train coming because it hasn't come at all because he hasn't seen one come, and therefore there is no evidence that there has been a train here or will come, and that everyone should wait, and wait and wait and "see what happens".. It normally followed up with the suggestion that everyone can discuss it after the "train has come", to prove it indeed is coming and then can form the basis of the conversation ..... then the inevitable train crash has happens".

( i am sure if i had more time, i could up with a better metaphor to describe the flow of logic, but I think most people get the general idea )...

I admire Master Chief for trying to debate, I just suggest(urge) he use some common sense and not be convinced to sit on the same train track as him ;) ...

Pakistan will accept terms and conditions dictated by the gora.
Pakistani leadership celebrates the kings birthday by cutting cake and feeding the British high commission ambassadors.
