Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Once our vital civilian infrastructure is hit, millions of Iranians will be forced to leave Iran.

War causes only temporary disruptions. There is no way 93 million Iranians can or will leave. The few millions who might will come back once peace returns.

You are lucky that you are fighting with incompetent Mullahs. Any competent nation would've dealt with your existential threats very differently. If it were up to me, we wouldn't have reached this stage at all because I would've sold everything we had to acquire nukes. But if we had reached this stage, the USN had already been attacked by tactical nukes and I would've passed the message to you that if you nuked us, I would nuke Tel Aviv, Haifa and Arab oil infrastructure in return.

All hypothetical Sir. Unless we believe the fantastic claims of many here that Iran already has ICBMs and nuclear weapons stashed away somewhere, we can assume that Iran does not have either capability, and perhaps unlikely to acquire them anytime soon, to be effective for this current war.

How many Iraqis left after the US invasion of Iraq? Iraq had 23 million residents at the time. I remember the UN said the population of the Iraqi diaspora was 4-5 million or so, many of them left after the war and some of them returned to Iraq after Saddam was toppled.

Do you think people can continue to live in Iran if our civilian infrastructure is destroyed?

Unfortunately, Iran does not have nukes or ICBMs. We don't need ICBMs though. We have the best collaterals right here next to us: Israel and Arab energy resources.
And I agree that it is unlikely to acquire them soon, which is why my statement started with "You're lucky that you're fighting with incompetent Mullahs".

When we are dealing with such existential threats, and see US strikes on our schools, bridges, electrical and water facilities, we cannot afford to hope it is a bluff. We have to take it seriously, as any nation would.

Again, a fair comment. Which then brings me back to my previous comments repeated many times already:

Iran has every right to fight back as best as it can, with all the resources available to it.

If not now, then when? What strategy would require any constraints at this stage of the war? Inexplicable, to me at least.

According to most sources, at the peak, 2.3 million external refugees in adjoining countries, and about 4 million internally displaced, so about 27% altogether. 90% of the people remained within the country.

The larger the population (Iran is nearly four times larger), the lesser the percentage, statistically speaking.

OK. Let's say that 10% of Iranians are displaced. That's 9 million people, would be the biggest immigration crisis of the century. And even that is an underestimation because Iraq didn't have all of its vital civilian infrastructure destroyed by a genocidal maniac.

Even George Bush didn't talk about wiping a civilization off the map.

This is what I'm talking about you being malicious. You are hand waving away the displacement of millions (who will go where btw) solely because the American people voted to be led by a thug (in your own words) twice, one who has openly said he wants to wipe out Iranian civilization so he can take the oil. You are just dismissing that scale of human misery as if it's nothing.

They are probably out of all the interceptors hence so many videos surfacing of direct hits on american bases, now is the time to escalate.

Interceptor manufacturers appear to be struggling to meet the needs of both ukraine and middle east due already diminished western manufacturing on top of rare earths blockade by china.

Trumpy is escalating to de-escalate

Iran will probably agree to a ceasefire instead of continuing

The problem is that our missiles are hitting their targets but we do not know how to reestablish deterrence. The US doesn't care about getting its bases in Bahrain and Kuwait pounded.

War. Casus belli

Exactly. So, US just carved a niche that didn't exist. And now orange wants arabs to pay 20%... keeping pace, right?

So, protecting your own territory is a tool of war? Keeping and aggressor from the other side of the world is critical to Iranian defense.

That is funny. The MoU is between the aggressor and the aggrieved party. Which is why it had the billions set aside for reconstruction... thaf was not reconstruction of anything in US.
Maybe US should have signed it with someone call it whatever...

And listen, I have no reason to complain, protest and object. It is what it is at the end of the day.

The MoU is null and void... So, another change...

Why start a protection racket and ask 20%... I mean...
Yes... Brits did have colonies here and they seemingly transitioned. US established it's neocolonial presence largely in last 30 years.

Well, that would by extension... right? Iran wouldn't want the US presence for it's own sake. The racketeering is an extension of American presence... hmm and before the US invasion how was that... don't just make stuff up as you go along.

If it doesn't then move along... you are defending the undefendalble... US doesn't need your counsel to do what it does... it will... inspite of you...

What are you even typing, bud? You make up nonsensical facts, are answered, and then proceed to provide nonsensical counter-arguments to arguments that were never made.

1) "Why is Hormuz up for negotiations?" -> "Because it was shut down by Iran" -> "War. Casus belli"........What?

2) "Iran blocked the Strait for its security concerns" -> "No, it blocked it to use economic pressure as a tool of war" -> "So, protecting your own territory is a tool of war?"........What?

3) Iran is blocking the Strait so that the US can't carve the niche that wouldn't exist if Iran wasn't blocking the Strait?

I'll time myself out if you can't formulate a coherent post.
