For the second straight month, the best-selling vehicle in Australia was the Tesla Model Y, with a total of 8072 deliveries – not only clearing its previous record set of 5605 set in May, but more than 2000 cars clear of the second-placed Ford Ranger.

It’s understood to be the first time since the heyday of the Holden Commodore in the mid-2000s that a vehicle has reached such heights.



The monthly record for a single vehicle still stands with the VY Holden Commodore, which peaked at 9667 deliveries in October 2003.

I don't like Elon Musk but Tesla's are very good cars, and their FSD works very good but it does geta bit confused in some inner roads and new roads but on highways and interstate it works pretty awesome. Plus the car feels very premium, it definitely get some heads turn when you are driving from girls.

In the future the car will simply be there without you calling it. The Tesla phone app will see you heading towards the exit and alert the car to meet you there.

Also they are in the process of hooking up the cameras to the AI so you can say things like "can you park in a place with no puddles", "Can you pull over in front of that house with the weird sign on the lawn", "if you spot a hot babe walking just let me know"
