For Pakistan, the problem is contained as Pakistan will not be sharing much with the USA, and it will be possible to cut off the taps as well, though existing information will be compromised.

This represents the biggest problem for Türkiye imho. As part of NATO, Türkiye will have a lot of integrated systems with the USA to provide with a consolidated picture of the whole NATO ecosystem. So, could Israel integrate with the US systems for data flows, AD picture, and get access to Türkiye data? Could Israel start to see what Türkiye can see, and cannot see? Could Israel get intelligence data from US intelligence agencies on what Türkiye military capabilities are via the US intelligence services monitoring of Türkiye itself ? The US watches everyone, even its "allies".

Additionally, the Initiative allows for "network integration" and "data fusion" between both countries' militaries.

US Congress moves to deepen military ties with Israel: Why it matters

Analysts say the plan would weave Israeli military interests more deeply into the fabric of US national security policy.

Senator Bernie Sanders wrote that the section "quietly expands U.S. military cooperation and weapons development with almost zero oversight," adding the section was tantamount to "burying a provision in the defense bill that would give Israel more military integration than any NATO ally

If they could get the data fusion and integration, then Israel's "new Iran" of Türkiye has some thinking to do.

The way the legislation is worded is that all data has to be made available, unless there is a national security reason why it cannot be, ie it is exception based.

The integration of US intelligence agencies, data systems and fusion of information systems will impact all countries that Israel turns its "eyes" on.

Yes, but surely there will be things off limits like NATO and Five Eyes!?

CIA knows Israel spies on US so I am sure caveats must be built in? Even US is not that stupid...

The legislation is worded to be overarching, fusion and sharing, no mention of placing the legislation under any constructs such as NATO, or 5 eyes or anything. Normally you would anchor legislation within a framework that restricts and excludes it from other provisions, but the powers of this legislation offers but that does not seem to be the case here.

If so that is shocking....

If so that is shocking....

if/when this legislation passes, the various lobbies in Washington will start to work to rewire the whole of the military, industrial and intelligence agencies in the US on a very "open and widely worded piece of legislation".

What May Happen Next?

Should the NDAA pass the House with Section 224, the Senate will need to pass the same language. If Congress enacts the legislation, implementation will be up to the executive branch, although we can anticipate future legislative efforts to strengthen Section 224’s language and to create financial incentives for American industry to participate in the envisioned defense cooperation. Preventing such incentives would be an important part of limiting the program, and it is plausible that future administrations will be less rosy about tight US-Israel ties and will pursue implementation with less vigor than the Section’s proponents envision. Even so, if this legislation passes, it will result in a series of contractual agreements between US and Israeli companies and institutions, and a gradual spreading of Israeli technologies into US military systems that would be very hard to unwind. It is also likely there will be an effort to amend US weapons export control regulations, specifically the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), to provide Israel with the same type of access to US military technology currently only enjoyed by Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. This, too, will be hard to prevent, and any effort to do so, particularly once trade is flowing under such regulations, may face legal challenges.

The wording of the legislation does seem to make it a free for all for the lobbies to get all that they want. There are no firewalls in the legislation at all.

Then basically US mil is an arm of Israel?

The legislation gives Israel access to data and integration of systems, integration of intelligence agency information flows, transfer of weapons technology, funding of weapons programmes. The command structure apparently stays with the president for what ever that means in Washington these days?
