As I said, both sides clearly see this as a fight for their own existence, and therefore are fighting with all available resources to each one of them.

But that's far from the truth. 500 Hamas fighters doing a operation against military bases on the border is not at all a threat to existence of Israel. That's drama Israel drums up when it wants to mass murder innocent people and steal land. And because they're embarrassed that a besieged tiny group has better training and competence in actual ground combat than their army. So they drummed up BS lies about massacres and rapes.

1,000 Hamas special forces routed 14,000 IDF southern command on that day and the Israelis and Jewish-American community out of humiliation decided to paint as a massacre of random civilians in denial of how some besieged little group can mount a miracle military defeat like that just like God says.

But it was a response to the daily killings and attacks on Al-Aqsa mosque and desecration of Islamic holy sites. It was not gonna last more than a day and may not even have been successful. It was not anything close to threatening existence of Israel. When you go to war you mobilize hundreds of thousands of forces. That's just a Palestinian underdog counter strike not a mobilization for war. Israeli's want to genocide and land grab and are highly narcissistic and prideful so they transformed the whole reality into something else using the Jewish hold on American and Western media. Out of denial and to justify waging a war against the existence of Palestinian people.

Then they pull out their Jewish scare tactics by framing a military strike as a terrorist attack and scaring people who are more scared of offending some supremacist Jews than their fear in God. And they capitulate to Jewish narrative about Hamas instead of supporting and legitimizing Hamas's legitimate strike and preventing Israel from mounting a narrative.

And they just let the Jews have their way. Sorry but no. Fight back against that nonsense. Jews are not dictating reality for me nor will they have their way with me or with us. They can go to hell. Jewish supremacy must be destroyed as it's pride and arrogance against God and humanity. And the dignified people amongst us won't accept subjugation to Jewish supremacists.

Whether it is 500 or 5000, Israel knows that such a force causing its own citizens to live in constant fear as we have seen poses a real and present danger to its existence, just as Hamas knows Israel is trying to eliminate it as completely as it possibly can. Hence, both sides do see it as a struggle for the existence of their own side.
