Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

For the proponents of Iran acquiring Nuclear weapons. Do you think it is possible that Iran can build them without the U.S sniffing it out? How do you think the U.S or Israel would react if they new Iran was actively working on building them?
I think it’s possible if they are only finding out now Iran has moved uranium and centrifuges to pick axe but I’m more of Iran is damned if you do damned if you don’t so might as well be damned if you do they’re going to revisit Iran in the near future regardless let’s say another fake 60 day ceasefire with the same repeated rounds like we have seen sooner or later one or the other is going to escalate to the point of no return

Brent Crude-Oil is crashing. Down 10%.

Iran has just relinquished its most crucial and strategic weapon. I trust it was a worthwhile decision. For the time being, the conflict will pause until the US elections are over.
If Trump survives November elections with a meaningful Republican majority in the Senate and the Congress as it is now, Iran will 100% lose this war.

In fact, Iran lost this war when we accepted that premature ceasefire. And I have already bookmarked my posts about why we lost the war after accepting the ceasefire for future reference. I remember people laughed at me back then, but they now can see why the ceasefire was a terrible idea.

Let's not forget that Iran hasn't been able to even resist for 60 days without pause. This means that Trump can restart the war at his convenience. The Houthis of Yemen resisted longer than us, which goes on to prove how corrupt the Islamic Republic is to the core.

If Trump and the GOP win the midterm election, it would require Iran to endure another 2 harsh years, but the country won't be lost.

If the democrats win, then Iran could have its physical relief very soon as the democrats winning the midterm meaning that they are going back in 2029.

The returning of the democrats mean that they are going to re-mobilize the entire western world to maneuver against China, but it won't specifically target Iran but to try to cozy up with Iran.

They are not going to follow the absolute pro-Israel stance who wants to brutally crush Iran in a massive onslaught, but rather to infiltrate you with pro-west agents.

The country is already lost and taking its last breaths in my opinion. Oil prices are dropping while the naval blockade on Iran is still in effect. Iran seems pretty defenseless and toothless.

If the democrats win the midterm election and can change the unconditional support for Trump, it will give Iran 2 years to prepare. There's no reason to assume that the next US president would be any less willing to bully Iran after Trump has set the precedent.

Again, I remind you that once Trump left the office in 2020, Biden continued to pursue Trump's maximum pressure campaign because they knew Iran would not dare to do much in response to the US unilateral withdrawal from the JCPOA.

People keep bringing the elections up. What’s so important about the elections and why would it affect us? If Trump was worried about the elections, there would be no war.

The fact that he is not going all in is because of the mid term elections. Just as simple as that.

If you think Iran's pathetic response in the last 3 weeks is the reason that Trump has cancelled his plans, you're very wrong.

I don’t buy that at all. If he was worried about elections, he wouldn’t have attacked us, at least not before the elections.

If he wasn't worried about the elections, he wouldn't have stopped attacking us.

Do you think Trump cares if Iran targets more empty bases in Kuwait or Bahrain? lol Or do you think Trump cares about a couple of shoeless Kurdish insurgents?

He will be weaker if he loses the elections, but that might make the republicans more dangerous, taking big risks to win the Presidential elections in 2028.

Iran should go for the consolidation of strategic gains (controlling Hormuz, sanctions removal, non-aggression agreement, release of all assets). All of these should be done upfront (within a short determined period of few weeks), else war should continue and no negotiations about nuclear file.

At least the democrats are more predictable enemies, and as you mentioned, it can provide you more room for preparation against the next conflict.

And the US seems to have lost a sizable number of their air force assets, and they are hesitating to send the ground troop because they intrinsically feel it gonna be a meat grinder for their ground troop unlike the previous Iraq War.

I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. But it doesn’t make any sense to say that Trump is worried about elections, but still chose to launch a war that might end his entire career and legacy for good.

If the election was a big factor in the equation, he would have at least waited until after the election before attacking us.

Or it could cement his influence in the US politics and turn him into a legend in the US politics. It's a risk he's willing to take because he's a man-child and he wants to be remembered as the best US president ever lol

Don't you see how he constantly compares himself to people like George Washington and wants to put his name everywhere?

Iran has turned itself into an icon of anti-American sentiments in modern history. Defeating Iran, which is seen as an anti-American, anti-Israeli system, is indeed important for Trump.
