Reuters: Iran to Receive First Batch of Chinese MANPADS Within Weeks

All muslin countries import parts from Western manufacturer , even US buy specialized metal for F35 from China...Turkey buy German optical avionics for there drones, engines from Ukraine ....etc etc ... Pakistan defense system is totally Chinese based.
And so what?

Turkiye is a KEMALIST nation, not Islamic. get it right.

But tell me, why did China basically betray Iran in their hour of need? You all promised big alliance of Iran, Russia, China against evil NATO, but when real war comes, you all very quiet like a mouse.
It cannot be viewed this way. China and Iran belong to different civilizations and have different religions. Their relationship is purely commercial. China ranks among the top three trading partners of 157 countries worldwide, and Iran is merely one of them. China is currently the only importer of Iranian oil; it is China that has kept Iran afloat.

By contrast, at this critical moment, not a single Muslim country has dared to support Iran by purchasing Iranian oil. What Muslim countries seem best at is infighting and stabbing one another in the back.

This sounds like a nonsensical fantasy. It's hard to understand what the person who made up this lie was trying to achieve.

Bhai, Indians have S400 with an engagement envelope of 300 kms no?

This poor Akinci does not have standoff weaponry to target beyond 300 kms.

The situation with AKINCI UCAV is very different from whether it's in the hands of the Turkish Armed Forces or countries like Sudan or Libya

soon , AKINCI UCAV to carru 500+ km 300-ER high supersonic ( mach 4 ) Ballistic Missile with TV camera seeker to hit Air Defense Systems from safe distance

even AKINCI UCAV fleet with Electronic warfare Systems can jam S400's Radas and to fire IHA-230 supersonic ( mach 4 ) Missiles to hit S400s

Also , now Turkiye can use AKINCI UCAV to fire 900 km SUPERSIMSEK ( cost effective ) for swarm attack to hit S400s

SUPER LIGHTNING
Range : 900 km
Speed : mach 09
Warhead : 35 kg
Guidance : TV camera

Swarm Technology: Equipped with advanced AI algorithms that allow multiple units to fly in coordination as a swarm, overwhelming and saturating enemy air defense networks

Electronic Warfare and Decoy: Features radar cross-section amplifiers that allow it to mimic the radar signature of a Fighter Jet, forcing enemy air defense systems to reveal their locations and waste expensive ammunition

Turkish AKINCI is the best armed UCAV in the world ( from 100 , 150 , 200, 280 , 500 , 900 km munitions/missiles )

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

btw S400 can detect the AKINCI 200-250 km away , while AKINCI UCAV to fire 280+ km SOM stealth Cruise Missile to hit S400s

Qaher-313 Officially Disclosed Parameters by Iran (Released at the 2013 Debut Press Conference and accompanying PPT)

1. Basic Configuration Parameters

1. Positioning: An indigenously developed 5th-generation light stealth multirole fighter of Iran, dedicated to low-altitude penetration, short takeoff and landing (STOL), air-to-ground strike and air combat missions.

2. Crew: Single-seat

3. Aerodynamic Layout: Canard configuration, upper-mounted S-shaped stealth air intakes, outward-canted V-tail, main wings with downward-bent wingtips for stealth shaping.

4. Airframe Dimensions (Official Stated Figures)
Fuselage length: 14 m; Wingspan: 8 m; Fuselage height: less than 4 m; classified as a compact light fighter.

5. Power System (Official Description)
Equipped with an Iranian reverse-engineered J85 turbojet engine. The initial design adopted a single-engine layout, while later revised iterations switched to twin-engine configuration. No official thrust figures were released; only described as a 100% domestically produced power system.

6. Weight Range (Official Estimation)
Empty weight: 12–14 tons; Maximum takeoff weight: under 20 tons.

2. Weapon Carrying Capacity (Key Official Payload Indicators)

Designed with twin internal weapon bays, with three mounting configurations:

1. Air-to-Ground Mode: 2 × 910 kg (2,000 lb) heavy guided bombs

2. Multirole Mode: Multiple compact smart precision munitions

3. Air Superiority Mode: Minimum 6 medium-range air-to-air missiles comparable to PL-12 / R-77 specifications.

3. Officially Announced Stealth and Avionics Configuration

1. Stealth Design: The whole airframe is coated with domestically developed radar-absorbent material (RAM). S-curved air intakes shield engine blades; mixed cold air injection at the exhaust nozzle suppresses infrared signatures. Polygonal stealth shaping reduces radar cross-section (RCS).

2. Cockpit: Panoramic bubble canopy offering 360° surrounding vision, optimized for low-altitude contour flight; glass integrated multifunctional avionics cockpit.

3. Takeoff & Landing Performance: Capable of operating from short primitive forward airstrips and small wartime airfields within Iran.

4. Mission Profile: Three primary missions: low-altitude penetration, air defense interception, and deep strike operations.

4. Ten Officially Highlighted Design Advantages (Released simultaneously by Mehr News Agency)

1. S-shaped stealth air intakes adopting design logic similar to the F-35;

2. Hot and cold air mixing at exhaust nozzles to reduce infrared detectability;

3. Full coverage of radar-absorbent composite materials across the airframe;

4. Twin internal weapon bays to avoid enlarged radar reflection caused by external ordnance;

5. Outward-canted vertical stabilizers balancing directional stability and lateral stealth performance;

6. Panoramic cockpit improving visibility for low-altitude flight and close-range dogfights;

7. Specially shaped bent wings enhancing lift at low altitude;

8. Simplified single-strut landing gear adaptable to primitive runways;

9. Full digital simulation throughout the design phase;

10. Simplified maintenance architecture to facilitate rapid field repair in wartime.

When comparing the published parameters of Türkiye’s Kaan fighter jet with those of Iran’s Qaher-313, the Qaher-313 seemingly holds an edge in technological advancement over the Kaan

Iran is never an ally or strategic partner of China, but an economic partner. The two are never close or have any alliance treaty, so there is no such thing as betrayal by China. It's Americans that group together China, Russia, Iran and NK as axis of evil, lol.
You’re misunderstanding what I meant. I wasn’t claiming Iran and China had a formal alliance treaty — they obviously don’t. I was talking about how Chinese members on this defence forums used to openly discuss a China–Russia–Iran strategic alignment before the recent war.

Maybe you wasn't around here 10-years ago when I first signed up . it used to be boasted every day by Chinese members.
It cannot be viewed this way. China and Iran belong to different civilizations and have different religions. Their relationship is purely commercial. You’re framing this as if Iran and “Muslim countries” should naturally support each other, but that doesn’t match reality .especially when you bring Türkiye into it. Türkiye and Iran have been geopolitical rivals for centuries. They fought multiple wars from the 1500s onward, competed for influence over Iraq and the Caucasus, and even today they clash over Syria, Azerbaijan, and regional leadership. There has never been a period where they were genuine strategic “friends.”

Modern Türkiye is also not an Islamist state. Since WW1 it has been a Kemalist, nationalist republic aligned with the West. It’s a founding member of NATO, integrated into Western defence systems, and its foreign policy is built around national interest .not religious solidarity. So expecting Türkiye to behave like an “Islamic ally” of Iran ignores what Türkiye actually is.

Meanwhile, Iran’s closest political alignment today is with China and Russia, not with Muslim-majority states. Iranian officials openly describe China as a “strategic partner,” and Iran joined SCO and BRICS+ specifically to deepen ties with Beijing and Moscow. Iranian media constantly frames China and Russia as part of a shared front against U.S. and NATO pressure. That’s the context I was referring to — especially because Chinese members on the forum were the ones talking about a China–Russia–Iran bloc before the recent war.

So yes, China’s relationship with Iran is commercial, but it’s also political. And Türkiye’s relationship with Iran has always been competitive, not fraternal. The idea that Türkiye should buy Iranian oil out of “Muslim unity” simply doesn’t match history or modern geopolitics.

Based on diverse international information, I have formed 2 personal viewpoints.
First, U.S. and European media often refer to Russia, Iran, China and the DPRK as the "axis of evil". China’s official media seldom give direct responses to this tag and mostly oppose such remarks.
Second, prior to the conflict, China and India were the top buyers of Iranian oil. Now India has stopped importing Iranian oil, yet China still maintains purchases.
Strategically, Iran and India have partnered at Chabahar Port. On the surface, India seems to be a closer ally of Iran.

Wow! So you didn't mention at all that it was the thoughts of Chinese netizens on a forum? And you just used them to represent the official stance of China? What a magical way of thinking.

!0 years ago, the relationship between China and Iran was warmer, so it might be tempting for some Chinese members to forecast the possible alliance of China, Russia and Iran. To that effect, the relation between China and Russia today has more or less achieved that purpose, I would call today China and Russia are informal allies or at least true important strategic partners, but Iran fell short. Iran doesn't seemed to want to have real deep engagements and connections with China. China gave $400 billion strategic economic deal to Iran for 25 years in 2021, but Iran is not carrying through and pretty much backing down on the deal now, it wants to sit in the middle between China and EU. Iran gave the development and usage of its strategic Chabahar Port to India instead, not to as expected China as a node in its BRI.

So you are saying AKINCI drone in Turkish hands can destroy S400 without a problem? Or S400 is sitting duck infront of AKINCI?

Till yesterday Turkish S400 was a serious threat to Greek and French airforce but now since they are going to other country as you succumbed to American pressures now they are not worth even fighting against slow moving UAV...

@Lulldapull enough, I have taken your side on more than one occasion when you have been banned by mods, enough. You can't keep up this nonsense cycle of off topic garbage and expect to get away with it and poking nonsensical diatribes.

Enough is enough really.

If US.give weapons to Taiwan why can't China give weapons to Iran?

So you are saying AKINCI drone in Turkish hands can destroy S400 without a problem? Or S400 is sitting duck infront of AKINCI?

S400 can only protect itself from AKINCI UCAV which can fire 500+ km 300-ER high supersonic air launched Ballistic Missile and 900 km SUPER LIGHTNING jet powered kamikaze Drones

not only S400 but also HQ-9 , PATRIOT , DAVID's SLING , SAMP-T AD Systems can not hit the AKINCI UCAV from 300-500 km away
