That is kemankes 2 in picture of turkey, its Pakistani version is called KaGeM 3. There is Wikipedia page on it and multiple articles providing details on it. Its not a new thing. Its atleast a year older.

Too early to comment. HIT is yet to make a prototype, sucessfully field test it with explosives and RCS tests over land and over sea.

Drones in this speed category (piston engine) did good 2-5 years ago. But today, almost every country have developed strategies to deal with them because of their low speed. Russian example of Geran 5 is the way to go for these drones. Even iran is now focusing more on high speed suicide drones (380-560 km/hr).
These drones will only be effective when the enemy country is left with no air-defence systems capable of targeting these.

Introducing ATTED: Medium-Range Loitering MunitionPakistan’s NaqCoDE Technologies has developed ATTED, a lightweight medium-range loitering munition designed to provide precision-strike capability against targets at both tactical and extended ranges.According to company specifications, ATTED can conduct precision engagements using an electro-optical seeker and datalink, allowing the target area to be observed and terminal guidance to be refined during the mission. In this configuration, the system offers a datalink range of up to 80 km and a claimed accuracy of less than 2 meters CEP.For longer-range missions, ATTED can also be launched against pre-designated GNSS coordinates on a fire-and-forget basis, extending its maximum strike range to up to 250 km. For these engagements, NaqCoDE claims an accuracy of less than 5 meters CEP.The system has a maximum takeoff weight of under 19 kg and carries a 4 kg configurable blast-fragmentation warhead. It offers an endurance of more than two hours, cruises at approximately 130 km/h, and can reach a maximum dive speed of around 190 km/h.ATTED also incorporates four-channel anti-jamming GNSS, with an optional anti-spoofing capability.
