PTI news, updates and discussions part ll

Hmmm...

Do, he may have licked any boots, but he certainly kissed their rear to get in a position to become the PM.

I suppose that doesn't make him a slave. Just an @$$-kisser that'll do anything to get elected.
He never did; he was winning a simple majority on his own. At least 15 of his seats were reduced, so he couldn't get a simple majority. A guy who hardly listened to his parents won't listen to generals. Yes, right, o bhai, this is typical N Leaguge fraud propaganda started after 2018; everyone who has been following this knows the reality. You are a blind defender of the establishment, and you will remain one.

You cant debate respectfully and bring vile and disrespectful language - you will get infractions. After so many warnings its continued - now go take a break

Exactly, because PTI, the decision the SC said to shift him to the hospital wasn't even asking for that. Judges went on a break, came back, and started asking in which hospital Khan should be shifted. Even PTI lawyers and journalists present in court were confused as hell about what the hell was going on.
Well no, it was an old ask and the case was filed in May 2026 and it took 3 months for SC to process the case. What suprising was the medical report by Adiala that IK's health is indeed not good.

All excuses aside. PTI has been ruling KPK for over 1 decade, I expected minimum implementation of traffic rules, health and safety, clean Peshawar, atleast one model hospital, one model police station where police looks after its people, child protection laws, women protect laws, increase in revenues via provincial taxes. No excuses.

Nothing actually changes in Pakistan. Even when there’s pressure from the top, all you get is a press conference, a speech, and then silence. Even if a local‑body system is imposed, without real checks and balances it becomes another powerless layer. This is the typical governance mindset in many developing countries: you can’t expect a mochi to perform heart surgery, so why expect a politician without expertise, accountability, or systems to fix complex national problems?
Same situation in many 3rd world countries.
Djibouti’s bureaucracy runs on short daytime shifts, so when offices close early afternoon (2:30 PM) the entire city floods the roads at once. In Somalia mainly women work, men are lazy and wait for the handouts from relief organizations.

Djibouti has khaat and a harsh weather, plus it is not only the government offices, everybody there, takes a break during the day. Djiboutians are hardly interested in any protests (but then again most of them haven't seen anything outside Djibouti). Old president and his family run that place as they like, a small kingdom away from the eyes of the world.

I agree Somalian women are strong.

PMLN should behave and let the guy out and get treated, fckrs have told lies and have made deals in past to save their own rears.

PTI to file contempt petition over delay in Imran Khan's hospital transfer, says lawyer

former pakistani prime minister imran khan speaks with reuters during an interview in lahore pakistan march 17 2023 reuters

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry said on Thursday that he would file a contempt of court petition in the Supreme Court (SC) over the government’s failure to comply with a court order regarding his client’s transfer to Shifa International Hospital.

"The government is violating the court order in the matter of Imran's transfer to the hospital. The government is bound to transfer Imran to the hospital within two days; if the court order is not implemented, we will file a contempt of court petition in the SC. By showing stubbornness, the government is committing contempt of court," said Chaudhry in a post on X.

After listening to journalists who do neutral analysis, it looks more and more like that #ImranKhan had a serious medical issue, so the establishment decided to use that to get him treated and, at the same time, scare the crap out of parties in Government to get the 28th Amendment passed. Yesterday, the N League has basically agreed now let see what more tactics establishment uses to get PPP agreed to that.
Also game of new provinces. Also they don't want him die in jail/,military custody/kidnapped.

but PMLN has taken all the blame by challenging the SC ruling

This is why hybrid rule has been created in the first place. All the decisions that don't work out (and there are a lot) get piled on the bloody civilians.

In direct martial law, every bad thing happening in the country gets credited to the military directly.
