He never did; he was winning a simple majority on his own. At least 15 of his seats were reduced, so he couldn't get a simple majority. Exactly, because PTI, the decision the SC said to shift him to the hospital wasn't even asking for that. Judges went on a break, came back, and started asking in which hospital Khan should be shifted. Even PTI lawyers and journalists present in court were confused as hell about what the hell was going on.

Well no, it was an old ask and the case was filed in May 2026 and it took 3 months for SC to process the case. What suprising was the medical report by Adiala that IK's health is indeed not good.
