I love how you casually expose your own bigotry again and again. I'm sorry, Muslims are not pampered and coddled. Respect the rules and law of the land you live in. You cannot hold a congregation in Private land inviting public. A mosque require permit, building codes, pay the permit fee, seperate electricity connection for non domestic use, fire exits, parking spaces, if more than 10 person assemble it's a congregation regardless of whatever religion they follow. The point of reservation is to uplift poor, you can give them reservations in institutions so that he/she can get into elite universities and not pay any fee study and uplift yourselves or your community. Muslims also get reservations they also have minority institutions exclusively for them, and many more. One wonders what historic opression do these people claim to have when they themselves say they were rulers in India. Lol!

There is no such rule or law in UP where people need permission from the state to pray in their own private property. It's flabbergasting in fact, to see Hindu bigots talk about rules and laws given that the popular Hindu extremist ruling party in India is comprised of violent Hindu rapists and criminals. In addition to that, we know that any random Ramesh, Sukdeep, or Hardik off the street can decide to erect an ugly makeshift temple with no fear of the law cracking down on them. The eyesore of a temple which has sprouted out on the corner of the beautiful Charminar in Hyderabad and continues to fester and grow like a cancerous tumor comes to mind.

So are you telling me you're not descended from the actual original caste Hindus who wrote the scriptures, performed the rituals, branded massive swathes of the native population as impure/mleccha/slave/untouchable and segregated themselves from them, but some random clown with no relation to the originals who thinks "eweryone is Hindu now saar"? Why exactly are you an authority on Hinduism then?

If that was the purpose of reservations, then 1) they wouldn't be awarded on the basis of caste and background 2) they wouldn't be taken away from poor SCs who converted to another religion

You can pray in your own house no problem but holding regular Friday prayers inviting members of public is a violation of the rules. It's also a public order offence although bailable. Build a proper mosque if you want to pray. Submit proper plans there are no laws preventing a mosque being build on any land in India. In fact India has one of the most number of mosques in the world.

There is literally no rule preventing this. There are however, rules and laws about rape, corruption, assault, etc which are regularly flouted by India's Hindu ruling class. For some reason cow fanatic swine and their co-religionists in the police force who prattle about rules and laws are nowhere to be seen in holding those actual criminals to the rule of law. In fact they gleefully vote them in! Rule of law is just the excuse to justify punitive action to punish minorities. Similar how bulldozers became a weapon.

As an aside - it's perplexing how many Hindu radicals are obssessed with Arabs. U.P. Kshettra Panchayats and Zila Panchayats Rules, 1974 specifically say that a building used or intended to be used as a public place of worship or religious congregation including a mosque cannot be erected without permission of the Zila Panchayat.

Like I said, there is no convincing argument for a Muslim to be considered a backward community. Historically they were not considered as lower Hindu castes, and reservation only applies to Hindu castes. It's that simple. But given their extremely poor status they were included in backward communities. Not all Muslims the Ashrafi, high class types are not included. Anything else to mumble?
