Look it up.Update on Mrs. AZ:
Today she took her first steps without the use of crutches. Not a lot. Of course it was painful even with the boot on but steps without crutches regardless. Previous two days she's been trying it with the aide of only one crutch! The doctor had said on the 10th it might be a week or so before she would be able to walk without them.
Progress!
She's getting plenty of both.Look it up.
Phosphorus and potassium.
Body needs those two to help healing.
My worst nightmare
This happened to a close family member who was in a car crash but wasn't severely injured enough to be taken to a trauma center so he was taken to the nearest hospital where he crashed which was in the ghetto part of town and he said when they wheeled him in all he heard and saw was "Shvartse" as far as the eye can see. He was left in hallway near x-ray room and he said he could hear one of the nurses with an attitude talking down to some patient and said F-this got up took off his neck brace and said to himself like a cartoon character, feets don't fails me now, and limped off the exit fortunately his wife was walking in he turned her around and left for Scripts La Jolla hospital.
Never been to ghetto hospital as an adult been admitted to hospital 3 times twice for severe migraines and all my nurses were sweet and caring and never shared my demerol either.Twenty-eight years ago, emergency surgery to take my gallbladder out at a ghetto hospital in Detroit.
Three days in a hospital bed, needing morphine about every few hours.
My luck. Black nurse was a junkie.
"...pain shot...pain shot...", I begged her.
Think I got off easy. She and I took turns (junkie took half of my morphine).
On the plus side, within a day of returning home going through withdrawals, only threw up once.
