This officer should be court martialed

Sad thing is, it's not about whether this Colonel was justified or not. Who is to say that before any camera was turned on, the lady had been harassed in a way that sent her off the edge and her husband as well.

Rather the more concerning thing is the ferocity with which this singular officer is being defended, whereas it would have been much easier to shutter it as a case of bad apples and let it be. PTI does the same. Just a week or two ago a PTI supporter apparently tried to attack GHQ. Though his whole case is fishy it's still better to not support him in anyway until we know all the facts.

But that would eat away at a core stance of fauj-eets. That being, the Fauj is faultless. Not good, not excellent but faultless.

She was not being harassed at all. That lie has been exposed today.

People from okara knows who’s doing land encroachment into agriculture rich lands of poor people and driving them out… same pussreli playbook, learned from masters

The same Pussrel where James Goldsmith aka Imran Khan's daddy?
Btw, in Pakistan its common for land squatter mafias to exploit development projects. Like Islamabad was created by Military dictator and then all these jhupper pati loog came from nearby areas and made illegal settlements and claimed the land belongs to their ancestors sort of like pisreal playbook.

Very disappointed with the Army officer and his wife - they are not supposed to do that in front of the people via University.

I hope 700,000 Army will arrive tomorrow to arrest this officer and should discipline him properly.

From all available evidence, it is quite clear that the officer rushed to reach the campus to help her wife and save her from a gang of charged students. Afterall, it was a matter of his ghairat, respect, and dignity. If anything, the officer probably failed to realize the grave situation on the ground in the college. That might be the reason he didn't inform his unit or police about the situation.

As one student told in her video, available on social media, those students are in fact goons who rarely attend classes but still have a very high GPA (of 3.8 or 3.9). The evil behind all this filth is one known as Dr, Jadoon who was in fact present in the mob and was charging it against her. He was recently relieved from his responsibilities as student affairs head by the college admin because he had created/organized this gang of goons. Jadoon had earlier went to her office and reportedly tried to manhandle her and threatened her then too. The matter was reported to the police and she forgave him just to keep the work environment free of tensions.

It is indeed important that those goons (so-called students) who actually attacked a uniformed person must be arrested and brought to face the law. Firing a gun shots is justified in self-defense and protecting his own and his wife's honor. The officer did what any ghairatmand person would do. The difference is that an ordinary person would have killed at least a couple of those shameless goons on the spot.

The root cause of the whole mess seems to be that sick-minded filthy person, Dr. Jadoon. He deserves the maximum punishment under the law of the land regardless if he is a youth*a or not.

Yeah I know but I'm saying let's give it benefit of the doubt. Let's say there is way more to the story than this one video shows.

Let's say that the anger of the Colonel was 100% justified. It still doesn't excuse his behaviour in any way.

That's not what we're seeing though. The fauj-eets want a version of the story where they have the cake and eat it too.

Inka Banda heroic bhi hy, sahi bhi hay, Hafiz bhi hay, ikhlaaq wala hay, wo sacha musalmaan hay, he's a true Pakistani, and in front of him were youthias/afghans/etc etc.

Here is exhibit A of what I just posted. Look how a fall guy has been prepared in a civilian individual with a villainous sounding name. Its perfect.

We have a lot more than just one picture in this incident :)
I agree Sir, we do. But it's small clips that could be misconstrued in any manner.

And the officer has studied tactics and strategy all his life. If he was to showcase his power in any manner, which of course would have been unauthorized, he would have used violence as per planning and called a platoon. But when we look at this scuffle, it's one man who walked into the protest alongside his wife, overwhelmed by emotions. I am hundred percent sure he forgot the uniform he is wearing. He must have rushed straight from his office.

I am less and less critical of the officer as I keep watching this footage. Iss bichari ki bivi ne phassaya hay sahi ka.

I read somewhere there was a youth who grabbed Dr. Ana by her qameez and threatened to rape her. So she called her husband. And the one who got canned by the Lt. Col. was the culprit.

yeah.. it was not torn.. so he just grabbed it. If there were no camera, that youth must have torn the clothes.

That is his biggest mistake, or anybody's. A person can only use force if he is under threat. If he walks into a crowd, then he was not threatened. If I cross over India and kill an Indian, I was not under threat. The defence is: if India attacks Pak then we kill them.

If he had called a platoon, it would have been intentional or premeditated.
