Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Up till now Pakistan enjoyed almost free toll from SoH. If that happens the ships will be taxed more than other countries to compensate for the losses. Even ships can be blocked there.
If SoH is blocked to Pak bound ships where would Pakistan buy oil from? China or Afghanistan perhpahs if they have any to sell to Pakistan.
So I doubt even trump pressures Pakistan to close borders Pak has more to lose because of the geographical situation so saying no would make sense to trump.

This war has devolved into a tanker war from the 1980s.

The two most urgent demands from america/jews were no nuclear enrichment and no ballistic missile production and these crucial points are firmly in the backburner now.

Utter defeat for the colonial empire and their illegitimate child.

Lol! continue living in your fantasy world.

First, War isn't over yet. Second, they already destroyed Iran's nuclear program which was among one of the primary objectives of war.

If winning means Iran only have to survive then ofcourse you are right Iran wins. Iran has resilience to absorb massive bombings. But I won't regard that as "winning". Some wars ends without clear conclusion. That would be the best result Iran can achieve under circumstances that to stop United States from winning.

I have said numerous times before. Iran's military (or any country) cannot defeat United States militarily. Only strategy is to tire them out. They feel less interested in spending too many resources and leave. Taliban today claim they have "defeated" United States. Taliban was resilient, it didn't vanish. Us killed half a million afghans but Taliban kept surviving. So in that sense it certainly can happen that United States gets defeated. But militarily - not a chance on this earth. China versus US and I would bet on China to win, given their robotics, space, hypersonics advancements and immense ability to manufacture things at scale. No other country is even close or even in a same league for next 50 years.
Most western analysts admit that Irans militarily defeated the US in this war.

This is not Afghanistan war, you understand that no?

And as to your hypothetical crowning of China king o da hill 'technologically'........we sure don't see evidence of that when Chinese arms do get used sparingly.

The situation is definitely not normal. Unlike some who say "it's only another $20 at the pump", I tend to look at the downstream effects. Have posted several times already that gas and #2 diesel prices are climbing again. In fact, I saw one location yesterday advertising #2 diesel for $6.89/gallon!

That cost all gets passed on to the consumer whether they like it or not. Feel free to hang your hat on the quote of the day for Brent or WTI while ignoring the rest of the world around you.

In Toronto today the regular gas is already back to $1.87 pretty much, not that far from $2 per litre if this war keeps up, and everything is already expensive at the grocery store and even fastfood is not cheap anymore
