Russian and North Korea have opened the first automobile bridge between across the Tumen River.The dominance period of U.S. sanctions has ended across the globe but most specifically in North Korea.

It's the first road bridge. AFAIK there is also an earlier rail bridge.

This is a little ploy orchestrated by Russia and North Korea specifically targeting China.

For the time being, China has no plans to address issues in this area. However, when China eventually does decide to deal with the situation, these bridges will serve as significant bargaining chips.

That is their true value. As for the trade generated by cross-border traffic between Russia and North Korea... well, the actual value is negligible. It exists, certainly, but it is very limited.
