Have you considered the possibility that the US Navy eventually reduces its presence in the Middle East due to operation costs and exhaustion but other countries get emboldened enough, after South Korea's recent move, to replace some of the US assets in the region?

Yes, they all fell to trap. Soviet collapsed, China's big claims about Communist equality turned into a joke and even Chinese people complain that the idea of Communism was nothing but a lie and China was ideologically digested by capitalism.

Europe turned into USA's dog that is thrown under the bus when needed. Pakistan, India and NK also fell to that trap and still fail to build a formidable economy.

Why Iran shouldn't go that path requires vision and a visionary leader to avoid falling into trap.

I wouldn't count on that. I thought the Emirates would never be the same after they dare to launch a war on Iran. Not only the US has continuously used the Emirati territory against Iran, but the Emirates itself has carried out multiple air strikes on Iran during the war.

And what happened? Iran is now cut off from the world's economy, cannot export a single drop of oil, while everything in Dubai is normal and tourism is back to normal as well. The Emirates is making a fortune from selling oil at higher prices.

Iran doesn't command respect like it did before the assassination of Soleimani, or even the assassination of our leader in Tehran.

You also said China and Russia would help Iran to fight the US because of similar interests. Guess what? None of them has done anything for Iran so far. China even reduced her oil imports by 40% to 50%, stabilizing the oil market and preventing Iran from exerting pressure on the US and Europe by targeting the global economy.

Unlike Russia and China, the West actually defends their allies against regional adversaries. Ukraine has received over $300 billion in aid, approaching $400 billion. On the other hand, China is actively helping the US stabilize the world economy against Iran's interests and Russia considers Israel an almost Russian country.

Just because China isn't buying oil by the boatload doesn't mean it doesn't support Iran. China needs cheap oil and will act accordingly.

Let's take it a step further. Who provided the coordinates that allowed the IRGC to issue a warning to the aircraft carrier strike group?

How was Iran able to launch 30 solid-fuel, intermediate-range missiles 72 hours ago without logistical support regarding fuel or fuel-mixing technology?

Who could have provided the information on where US troops were hiding in Jordan? Just because China or Russia might not offer tangential support on certain issues doesn't mean Iran is fighting alone.

By the way, North Korea doesn't need to bomb Seoul to support Iran. Such support can be far more subtle—for instance, providing the technology to turn enriched uranium into metal.

I do expect major U.S. strikes this week, maybe not Tehran, but more cities other than just coastal regions. The longer it takes, the larger amount of targets it will be as they are getting strike packages built.
