These hindus in the past used to throw alive women in burning pyres of their dead husbands, they would quarantine (and still may be doing it in some parts of india) the mensurating women and used to treat them as untouchable animals. They even used to sew female genitalia. Even today, they burn the women alive for not meeting dowry demands. Honor killing of women is a thing that happens very often in india.

It is true after afghanistan, india is the 2nd worst place for you to be a woman. Delhi is the rape capital of world for a reason.
