It was Pakistan which invaded the indipendent state of Kashmir.

India was on the other hand was invited by rulers of Kashmir to repel the Pakistani invaders and India only agreed to defend Kashmir after Kashmir became a part of Indian union.

So Pakistanis needs to leave as they are the invaders.

I try to talk sense to the Indians here, but then they bark nonsense and go on talking nonsense.

I have always insisted on plebiscite as a solution to the Kashmir dispute.

Pakistan still has some cards left to use:

1) United Nations
2) Organization of the Islamic Cooperation
3) KSA and the GCC countries
4) China
5) Turkey and other Muslim countries like Indonesia.

The fight for Kashmir is far from over.

So, the princely state of J&K is now analogous to the British provincial territory of Punjab? Punjab was divided by the British. *Some small fiefdoms did get to choose left or right but these were peripheral fiefdoms whose decisions were straightforward with no objection from the inhabitants.

J&K was a whole princely state, wherein the inhabitants were hostile to the chieftain (particularly in Jammu, see below), which was accounted for by Golwalkar and Singh in their meeting 18th Oct 1947.

The Muslim Conference of Jammu and Kashmir, declared itself to be in favour of accession to Pakistan on 19th Jul 1947. The Muslim Conference was popular in Jammu province and was an ally of Jinnah.

Singh and Golwalkar required a solution for this dilemma. There was only one - the villages of Amrey, Cheak, Atmapur and Kochpura had already been attacked on 14th Oct by RSS militias. Golwalkar and Singh knew that depopulation was the only means by which control could be exerted over the Muslim population and that is precisely what they plotted for. A particularly harrowing account from Nov, Jammu city, speaks of Muslims being besieged, with denial of food and water supplies, and laying down their arms to surrender and be promised passage to Sialkot by your highly moralistic army, only to be dragged from trucks at the border by RSS and brave sikh warriors and butchered.

By your own "historical" accounts, 21st Oct was the date when "tribals" crossed into J&K to relieve the Muslims of the state and fight back against sikh and RSS heroes. Thank the Lord they did, or the Jammu pogrom would have continued in regions that we snatched from you.

Gandhi, 25th Dec 1947: "The Hindus and Sikhs of Jammu and those who had gone there from outside killed Muslims. The Maharaja of Kashmir is responsible for what is happening there…A large number of Muslims have been killed there and Muslim women have been dishonoured."
