It only has a warhead of 45kg. Its cheap for a reason. It wont do much against reinforced concrete used for missile city entrances. The best way to deal with cheap ALBMs isn't active defense but passive defense. Make thicker and stronger entrances. Rely on silos for launching missiles instead of tunneling to the surface.

It’s designed for anything above surface including air defense, command and control, radars, ammo depots, weapons production facilities, etc.

Iran has no defense against such objects. Even if it had S-500 they wouldn’t be able to stop enough of these before they are taken out. The U.S. is basically mass producing Air launched Keibar Sheikans against Iran.

This is a serious threat to Iran. You cannot put everything under a mountain nor can you build reliable enough air defenses when your opponent has 10,000+ opportunities to fire these at you.

Radars can be active for short periods of time with a multi-static set up. Command and Controls/weapons production/ammo dumps can be put underground. Passive defense is better than active defense. A strong air defense is good but hiding/reinforcing as much as you can is the best way to protect your assets.
