PTI news, updates and discussions part ll

Again, there is a difference between subject matter experts sitting in a meeting room with an elected leader and what the Pak Army does.

If Asim Munir is giving technical info to a Prime Minister on how best to handle insurgency or a national disaster, that is his job description.

Now let's please stop trying to defend Army here. Let's not. At least have the gall to admit that they run it like a Mafia. They stopped being an 'institution' long ago. They are more like a state within a state now. It's literally the cartel.

And keep finding western democracy adorable while it rules over you because you put your faith in centuries old military warlord leadership.

The state within the state narrative is older than 90 percent of the population.

Warlords, tribal chieftain, priest kings and usurpers are indigenous customs, traditions and culture enjoy state within state, why can't institutions?

PhD, Triple Masters, entrepreneurs and average democracy fanatic from western world goes to Pakistan and silently stands behind village elders, chieftains in jirga and panchayat and let matters be decided by Bronze Age wisdom. Some take their women over there to kill. None of them really want democracy nor it works in their favor.

See how you have to bring up centuries old warlords and tribals and priest kings to justify Pakistan Army's actions. This is exactly why we are behind the rest of the world. Ajeeb feudal society.

Because the institution is doing a piss poor job mate, why do I have to explain this to you? If this bloody fauj had turned Pakistan into some kind of utopia, sure you can lambast me for speaking against them. If you try to pushback on this and deny this on your next reply then don't bother. Please do not try to convince anyone on this forum that the military has run Pakistan well. Let's not do that.

It's the case with Modi. Many Indians I've met IRL absolutely hate him but they begrudgingly admit that their country is shooting upwards under him by all metrics. Can I say the same for fauj and their proxy governments (that includes 3 years of PTI)? Nope. The so called 'civilian' leaders that manage to get the approval of the military to exist are themselves from the upper feudal elite. They have no interest in changing status quo either. Just happy to eat from the pie.

You and many other fauj-eets give high indications of Stockholm syndrome. You have become so accustomed to the idea of FA pass faujis ruling over you that you absolutely nothing wrong with it. You recoil at the idea of a civilian party challenging them, it doesn't sit well with you.

Speaking of the current military, what an ugly LARPer this guy Munir is. He is like a satirization of past military men. Zia, Musharaf, Ayub and even to some extent Yahya had some substance in them. You can tell just by listening to them talk. What does this guy do other than walk around with his boys making punjabi edits of him? Iss ki koi eik achievement batado mujhe please.

Are you denying regions history, its culture and traditions? It is by all means a feudal society, a very structured one at that. Jirga and Panchayat systems are being codified and given constitutional leverage as they are most popular and in-demand. People enjoy watching other people walk on burning charcoals and have people who cannot swim thrown into lakes and ponds to ascertain sadaqat and amanat. You are the one in minority trying to impose something foreign on this feudal society. High time you accept yourself for what you are, a product of Pakistani feudal society.

Character assassinations of Army Chief's are now new either. It's cultural phenomenon that anyone who takes up the job will be a target.

Again, really nice attempts buddy by bringing in ancient culture and tradition to justify modern day injustice, but none of these points give Army the right to do what it does. I don't care if we were ruled by Mughals or Mongols or whatever once. It doesn't give that bald ass Mangla graduate the right to come and rule the country.

I notice how you use the word ''character assassination " for generals. Again, unless you are from the army itself why do you care so much about some random officer? He isn't supposed to be there in the first place he took it by force. He took it with YOUR tax money.

You should want his head for it but some sort of biological programming inside most Pakistanis, they just find a king and start revolving around him.

Your whole post is just, "Pakistan shitty country so it's ok to have shitty ruler we should never hope for anything else"

When you get some free time from preaching radicalisation and character assassination of institutional heads, the walking on burning charcoal and thrown in a well of truth serum to swim, are modern day examples from this fiscal year in regions you propagate to be some enlightened democracy crazy people.

Parliament of Pakistan is true representation of Pakistani people. The people are nothing without their representation in likes of Niazi, Xerderi and Mr. Sharif.

Oh, I am so sorry for character assassination of your holy Hazraat e Aaala institutional heads. Please forgive me Sir.

After all, they are made of Aag and we are made of earth right?

Speaking of parliament. Yes fair point. Now please remind me who is it that continuously rapes the parliamentary process of this country? I'll give you hint. Its not an outside element like RAW or Mossad but rather our own 'protectors'.

I am noticing your inability to criticize the military. I can understand if you served or someone close to you serve but then you should be even more familiar with the oath yes?
