Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Most people are against both the Ukraine and Iran war.

EU wouldn’t fund the Ukraine war if Putin wasn’t sponsoring the far right. This has made the left support the Ukraine war.

Europe has stayed away from Iran war thanks to public pressure.

europe is fully involved in ukraine war, and ukraine war is against european people economic interests but they even dont know a shit, because press says nothing.

you think iran war damaging european economic interests could change a thing, when ukraine war has already fcked europe economy and nothing changed.

Come on my friend. You think the country that is too afraid to attack oil tankers or PGCC ports would ever use nukes in a conflict?
What do you think they're afraid of?

The thing about Israel-Iran conflict is that Iran has some God given advantages against Israel. The most important one of them is strategic depth and size. Israel would never get involved in a nuclear conflict with Iran if Iran is armed with strategic nuclear weapons.

Nuclear deterrence is for mad men like North Korea, Israel, and America. Not for liberal countries like Iran.
I think the regime in Iran is pretty mad. Only mad people would pick a war with the United States and Israel over Palestine. Do you see any sane country around us that its leaders organize Friday prayers to chant death to Israel because of Palestine? Does Pakistan do that? Does Turkey do that? Does Saudi Arabia do that?

Everyone knows nukes in the hands of Iran would be borderline useless at this point. The cat is out of the bag. Even if Tehran was about to fall tomm these chickens wouldn’t use nukes. Look at Russia, largest nuclear supply in the world and yet Putin showed the world he is too afraid to ever even think about it.
I don't know. I do think that a couple of tactical nukes with a handful of strategic nukes could be extremely game changing in this war.

We may not be able to hit the US Navy with ballistic missiles due to lack of real-time tracking and poor accuracy, but tactical nukes would completely change that.

The only reason Iran even had a nuclear program was because they were afraid of Saddam going nuclear by early 2000s. Saddam was an existential threat to Iran at one point.
Saudi Arabia is going nuclear by bribing the right people in the US. Turkey might be working towards that as well.

I remember you guys laughed at me when I said Turkey would surpass us in defense industry by 2025 and Saudi Arabia would surpass us in science production by 2025. Both of them happened. Saudi Arabia is working fast towards nuclear deterrence and China is arming them with ICBMs as well.

We hit Haifa oil refinery (the largest in Israel) twice and central Tel Aviv several times (damaging entire neighbourhoods and the financial district) and most Israeli air bases. What more could we hit considering severe limitations in the accuracy of our missiles, launcher numbers (due to Israeli air superiority and US intelligence assistance), and the peerless US-Israeli missile defence shield?

I think we agree that IRI's boasts are not reflected in its military abilities. But still, we were on track to have a massive military arsenal, and that's why Israel first acted to prevent that. So either we double down on trying to survive for now then build a conventional missile shield (as Trump said), or try to dash for a nuclear weapon while most of our nuclear facilities are destroyed, inoperable, and under 24/7 satellite surveillance.
Yes, we did but only for propaganda, not for actually disabling Israeli war machine or its civilian infrastructure, while some of the Israeli attacks were meant to actually shut down our industrial capabilities and they did it.

Israel has only two major refineries. Why are they still operating now without any issues? Our attack on Haifa oil refinery couldn't disable it for more than a month. We couldn't effectively cripple the logistics of the IAF long-range operations against us.

I don't think Iran has the necessary infrastructure go nuclear now but I hope I'm wrong.

Europe is doing the bare minimum in the Iran war.

Just enough to stop Trump blowing up Europe.

The opposition to Ukraine war is muted because the left hates Putin. Putin is supporting far right and white supremacists around the world.

Putin bots are the third biggest peddlers of online Islamophobia after Hindutva and Jews.

Muslims have no skin in the Ukraine Russia war. Both sides are equally vile.

@Persian Gulf

@ShapurII

This is the type of guys you both get upset when they get killed in Israel/US assassination strikes.

The system is filled with so much rot and corruption and incompetence that even if the West eliminated 1/4 the officials nothing would change. This is 1990 Soviet Union level of decay.

It wasn't me. I actually get happy when they killed by the US because I know what kind of dumb fucks they are. In one of the most highly educated societies in Asia, we are ruled by these idiots. It's sad.

I hoped that by killing the idiots, finally some sane people would take control of our system, or the system would collapse and a new regime would govern over Iran.

Both of my best-case scenarios have proven to be false so far, unfortunately.

yeah so left rules europe, great analysis, for a fiction movie.

We are not capable of crippling their logistics. That requires a large number of precise strikes from 1500km away. All the IRGC generals who claimed Israeli jets would not have airbases to land on when they return from bombing Iran need to be put in jail, if they are not already dead.

We can hit large targets like refineries, but we are more vulnerable than them in that department given no one will come to rescue us like the US will rescue Israel.

I agree, unfortunately.

1 Iranian live should equal to 50000 American lives and 100000 Israeli lives

The day this equation is applied then Iran has won everything

What this war taught me the most is that iranian leaders love the mic, they just cant seem to shut their mouths for whatever reason 🤣

Türkiye–Iran trade

Exports to Iran: increased from USD 269.1 million to USD 413.7 million — +53.8% (+$144.6 million).

Imports from Iran: increased from USD 204.4 million to USD 327.2 million — +60.1% (+$122.8 million).

Total bilateral trade: increased from USD 473.5 million to USD 740.9 million — +56.5% (+$267.4 million).

Missiles can do plenty of damage and if Iran went after the tankers/awacs on the ground and the air then it would have been a different story. However, when The will isn’t there to launch many missiles or escalate the war then it won’t happen. If Iran can fire 25 missiles at one Jordan airbase, it could have fired 50 at an Israeli one. No one forced Iran to stop the war just as Israeli air defense supply got depleted. Iran decided too.

The fact Israel could fly every day to Iran with drones and fighter jets means that Iran grossly underestimated their opponent and the strike packages required to hinder that.

But Iran could have 10,000 missile in inventory and it wouldn’t matter. If you have birds in the sky 24/7 waiting to hit your teams then your fire rate goes down. When you don’t build long range missiles in the east and north east to take off pressure from the west then your fire rate and flexibility goes down.

A launcher maybe easily replaceable but the teams that set up the missiles and prepare the targeting modules are not. Iran grossly underinvested in air defense for last 20 years and all those OTH radars proved useless.
