India Has Lost Air Superiority to Pakistan, No Jets Left to Fight

we are getting loans upon loans. No big company is investing in Pakistan. In opposite, we are investing in Trump's relative company. Excluding India, we have 48% poor people who earn less than 3$ per day till Morocco.
The number of expacts has doubled last year.
Every country borrows and takes out loans. That is how the world's economy works. It is called using leverage. Case in point, US borrows between $1.7T to $2.0T annually just to be able to balance their budget. India borrows close to $190B annually to manage its financing. This is called creating fiscal space. Pretty much every single country is involved in this. Our people are fixated on loans as being bad. It is part of life. For as long as a country is around, it will keep on borrowing instead of wanting to part with its own forex reserves (because all transactions are in dollars). Its a big cycle. We borrow and pay interest, but then we also float/offer bonds so we can make interest on those from others.

What needs to be improved has to be improved. Nobody here is suggesting all is great. However, incrementally things are improving in certain spheres and also regressing in others. This too is part of life. Not everything will be well overnight.

Not going into Pakistan's politics too much: We would be even worse than now if there were no major and painful corrective measures taken starting spring of 2022. Pakistan was expected to be fiscally 'bankrupt' in 2022 like Sri Lanka was shortly before 2022. But of course much needs to be done but at least stability is gained and if/when the war on Iran ends then I see Pakistan's star going to rise a lot.
BTW, except for maybe some Scandinavian countries, I see major breast breatings all around the world. At one point, I saw 1/4th of Irish wanted to leave Ireland! And I know some of my American friends have been contemplating an exit from here as their retirement approaches.

I distinctly remember people saying the burning and destruction of government and private property, as was being seen in the SL economic meltdown, was going to be seen in Pakistan. Thankfully, that too was managed by Pakistan.

And yet...

Pakistan carries on despite the local terrorism abetted by India
Security alignment and greater defense interactions with countless countries in the ME
No reduction in Indian military deployment in IIOK (near 700,000) because the threat of the Kashmir freedom movement/insurgency remains
Much better economic fundamentals than before, better alignment with multiple power centers including China, US and the EU.

Unconventional wisdom, Pakistan is accustomed to instability..nothing stops..life goes on multiple other fronts with resilience.

And yet...

Pakistanis will go to lengths to compare them to India (like your post above, bringing Pakistan where no comparison was required)

FWIW, Pakistan doing well economically will be good news to India. Unfortunately, all things you pointed are on more transfer of power to "army". Eg, look at how Faujis are now taking govt/civilian postions (both sitting and retired). On economy, Pakistan might be doing well but its debatable - still lots of debt, IMF bailouts etc.

Pakistanis can toot their horn of Endia - India only improves. And I am happy to have an objective, data backed debate on any one of the forum if we want to compare both countries. If such discussion is mandated.

The street level lives of Indians and Pakistanis is perhaps the most compelling proof of where a country stands despite the GDP numbers. Did we not see that Dhaka, which is the capital of Bangladesh, ranked below even Karachi in a recent global ranking of the worst cities in the world? Karachi is plagued by the decades long infighting between the Urban and the rural Sindh and the only reason Karachi even ranked that low was because of the security risks, much of that have to do with the geopolitical situation Pakistan has been facing since the 80s, otherwise Karachi would have ranked much higher in a positive way. What is the excuse for Dhaka or Delhi in contrast despite their respective countries' much higher GDP numbers?

You were the one highlighting and gloating over Pakistan's problems. A response was needed.

Pakistanis don't need to toot their horn. We know what our problems are and we will grapple with them as we always have.

You talk about "Faujis taking more power", that is an institutional/domestic issue for us. I'd say you should worry more about the obscurantist (RSS) mindset "taking more power" in India which will have reverberations and impact for decades to come. It is changing the very mindset of Indians, and not in a good way. Plenty for India/Indians to sort through.

Couple of reasons at least. There are probably more.

1. GDP PER CAPITA is more relevant for living standards. But Indians have not learned how to do division yet hence will never be able to tell you these numbers.

2. The skewing effect of ultra rich oligarchs, (increasing both total and per capita GDP but due to extreme concentration of wealth in a few hands at the top of the curve). Little has changed since the era of Somnath's ancient fiscal glory.

I'd rather have Pakistan follow the Bhutan model of 'Gross National Happiness' over GDP--if only the geopolitics of Pakistan was not so horrible. But let those who gloat over their higher GDP gloat. Apparently, lives in Dhaka or Delhi is not pleasant despite their GDPs, to say the least.
Coming back to the topic: It was almost shocking how inefficient the Indian industry is if you watch the OP video starting from about minute 8 for a few minutes onwards. I have held higher opinion of Indian industriousness and entrepreneurship but maybe they are not even half as cracked up to be. Maybe placed themselves well for the IT industry by inserting into the West and thus reaping the rewards. Maybe the huge Indian expats are a big money making machine to the point that the Indians would rather be abused by Trump to try to ride it out than to risk losing the America led West.

Offtopic: Just to do a 'sanity check' on myself, I just asked Google's Gemini engine this question. Confirms I am not going insane--not totally anyway. People are deeply dissatisfied with their current lives and also I notice drastic psychological changes brought by the Covid Pandemic. Pakistanis is not unusual in debts and despondency. But unfortunately for Pakistan, though, the geopolitical environment is horrible--horrible except for the tiny, frozen border with China.
My question:
"Per some surveys from years ago, one out of 4 Irish people wanted to leave Ireland. I am forgetting that survey."

ok ok you're SUPERPOWER oh sorry, HYPERPOWER IN ENTIRE UNIVERSE, NOW HAPPY, NOW SHOO GO BACK TO YOUR SH!THOLE COUNTRY

Why u niggaz lie so much? Be more like Modi and you will feel the weight of deceitfulness suddenly lifted from your shoulders.

This is the level of comprehension that Pakistani members display. First one is trying some fancy gaslighting type tactics. Second one, hasn't seen the original post to which the reply was (or lacks comprehension). Third one thinks that everyone has one single way of thinking about a situation.

Get your game up fellas - I said objective, data backed comparisons. While you are just doing the usual antics... Is sanity too much of an ask or what?

And what are you doing please explain us?

And yet...

Drop in terrorism
More international defense exports
PA tied up inside Pakistan battling internal situation

Wish that India remains a failure...
When you change the topic from IAF or Indian indigenous weapons, that means you have conceded the argument... you can brag about India sponsoring terrorism to tie up Pak Army but that is a separate topic.
