Unfortunately, Punjab need KPK and Baluchistan resources to pay luxuries of Punjab and Sindh elites and massive debts of World Bank and IMF..loans spend on there luxuries, SUV and luxury planes and massive " pension burden", IPP the monster",477 billions almost every month..
