Totally wrong analysis, every re-entry vehicle is hypersonic but if you call Missile itself hypersonic it means from launch to renrty missile and warhead or rentry vehicle remain hypersonic.

There is no officially set definition of Hypersonic. But anything flying above Mach 5 is Hypersonic.
Shaheen 3 Warhead has a terminal velocity of 22226 Km per hour. Even Ghauri had a stated maximum speed of 4km Per second .
Both these velocities are Hypersonic.

All that can be said is that there is no internationally accepted certification standard for it. Countries are free to define and designate "hypersonic missiles" according to their own standards; for instance, some nations label ordinary ballistic missiles as "hypersonic ballistic missiles."

China’s definition of a hypersonic missile is publicly available. The original text reads:

高超声速导弹是指能够在临近空间或大气层内，以超过5倍音速（5马赫） 进行持续可控飞行，并能够做出大范围不规则机动的导弹
A hypersonic missile is defined as a missile capable of sustained, controllable flight at speeds exceeding five times the speed of sound (Mach 5)—either in near-space or within the atmosphere—and capable of executing extensive, irregular maneuvers.

Whether other countries also define "hypersonic missiles" according to this standard is not important; But China is implementing this standard.

So, we cannot say that it has no official definition.

Shaheen 3 speed i mentioned was actually mentioned at one of the IDEAS exhibition. The Ghouri speed was mentioned by the man the legend Dr.A Q Khan himself.

Exactly what part is junk here? While I personally want to see us testing the LOMADS and FAAZ-SL sam systems, I don't see why these missiles are junk.
