Federal cabinet gives nod to imposition of emergency in KP; summary sent to president

I have one candidate for PTI cult to worship next.
Presenting the doctor, the lawyer, the plumber, the firefighter, the all in one and only Johnny Sins.

There is no PTI after Imran. At best, some people carrying his portraits with 'PTI' party banners. Look at who Imran Khan 'groomed' during his supposedly decades long political 'struggle'? Who is there to carry on the baton? His sisters and his sons are the best candidates--in the great spirit of the Pakistani politicians (only Jamaat e Islami is the major exception). His sons would be foolish to come to Pakistan's violent and nasty political landscape-- btw, how many times the sons/Imran saw each other when Imran was even the PM of Pakistan? So that leaves Imran's sisters; I don't know much about them. From what I have seen, they are agitating for their brother's health and life and that is the extent of that but who knows about the future? It is Pakistan we are talking about.

Imran is done and dusted--and dug his own grave. Let there be no doubt about that. Honestly, a point is coming where I don't want to kick on someone who is already on the floor: Defeated and discredited and I absolutely see no emancipation of him in near future, if ever. The guy's mistakes would make him probably the best global case to study for a personality disorder combining extreme arrogance with extreme stupidity.

But for his non-political services to Pakistan (sports and some philanthropy), I'd be happy he is bundled to a Saroor Palace in Saudi Arabia with visits by his family allowed but with a media gag. Let Imran be close to Medina city and keep imagining his Riyasat e Medina from a bit closer! The Saudis know how to muzzle people like him and Nawaz Sharif.

Faisal Vawda on two Channels tonite after his earlier Press Conference.

Hey..., don't shoot the messenger. I'm just posting the clips.

The military has enforced martial law or an emergency on the pretext of curbing terrorism.
Let's see where they put emphasis. If it is really about minerals, then all day long they will talk about it that we need to focus on development etc rubbish.

I don't wish IK ill. I am of the opinion that he should be freed and allowed to move overseas but I don't think he will take that option.

He should be allowed to meet with his sons/family etc. and maybe the establishment can get guarantees from him/host country that he will not get involved in anti-state narrative while overseas for a certain number of years. However, as stated above, I do not think he will take this option and that would be unfortunate. I think in our country, its ok for leaders to live to fight another day given the system in place.

That aside, now since the deed is done and unless PTI plays an undermining role in KPK to frustrate stability efforts, the Center HAS to deliver on security. Otherwise all of these actions are for nought.

What minerals?

Are you suggesting they declared emergency to take control of minerals in KPK?

There is no mineral worth anything significant in Pakistan, let alone KPK. Second, who can stop the federal government from digging for minerals in any of Pakistan's provinces? They have a constitutional override on all such wealth.

The wealth of the provinces is Pakistan's wealth. Case in point, the rest of Pakistan including KPK and FATA benefitted from Balochistan's natural gas. The same goes for any wealth of note anywhere else.

Double-retired Asim Munir has killed so many Pakistanis who were protesting according to the constitution and international law.

Whatever they are, including water, crops, etc,. Yes, minerals and natural resources are national assets. Though they have to be extracted with consent and a fair share.

I am just putting SM chatter. If it is all about security and stability, Islo and GHQ will focus on the security situation. That will negate the discussion and perception.

They have to. This one is relatively easy to track but hard to sort out but as they say, "you asked for it, now you've got it".

We know the quantum of attacks and the casualties thus far in 2026. Now let's see what the center does to reverse this trend. That will clearly tell us what is working and what isn't.

Jahil Imranists, even if its about minerals..... which locals paid for those mountains that they can claim entire subsurface resources? Pakistan is a republic state not tribalistan.
