Makkah Defence Alliance: Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan, news & updates

🇸🇦🇹🇷🇵🇰 The "Mecca Alliance" Enters Tehran... For the First Direct Diplomatic Test!

In an unprecedented move, officials from the countries of the "Mecca Joint Defense Agreement" (Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan) met with the Iranian leadership in Tehran on Monday.

The Kingdom was represented by Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman, Pakistan by Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Turkey by the head of intelligence, Ibrahim Kalin.

What is the aim of this visit? The strategic messages of this move are clear:

First: To establish a balance of mutual deterrence and deliver a firm message to Tehran that any Iranian aggression against the Kingdom, under any pretext, will be met with a decisive tripartite regional response.

Second: To emphasize that Riyadh will not allow its territory or airspace to be used to target Iran, even in the event of escalating US attacks against it.

Third: Establishing red lines to prevent any external powers (foremost among them Israel) from exploiting any crises or internal shifts in Tehran to redraw the map of the region.

It is certain that the "Mecca Alliance" is proving today that it is not merely a military alliance, but a regional political security system that imposes the region's conditions from within the region and places the interests of its peoples above any external considerations!

I will keep saying it, talks are the only way out of this mess now.

The parties involved in the discussion are mature enough to understand this, but the spoilers are plenty as well. Lets see what concessions and realizations are made.

Its high time we let our (collective muslim internal shia sunni) bias go, there is no space left for any sort of cold war btwn arabs and persians when isreal has become bold enough to bomb Doha and Tehran with impunity.

Idk, maybe its too late in the night and im starting to dream too much, but lets hope for the best.
