Let me know how you occupy an Island without sending troops. China has not even figured out how to do that with Taiwan but you seem to have the answer

It's nothing to do with strategy.... it's simple military comparison between Israel and Turkiye.... Isreal is literally a mini America with just too much of battle hardened military whereas Turkiye hasn't even seen any war after world War eras.....

Being a nato member and participating in their mission under USA command against weak countries like Afghanistan and Iraq is one thing and actually fighting on his own against a Goliath like Israel is different....

Turkiye boast of being a second largest nato military but if you deeply notice there's nothing in it's army that can scare Israel.... only good fighter jet is F16.... rest are F4.... same situation with tanks... do you think Turkish armor core stand a chance against merkawaa if ground war takes place in Cyprus or Syria? And Israel navy though smaller can wreak havoc on Turkish navy with its non magnetic hull drakon class submarines.... Germany only allowed this U212 technology for Isreal submarines.....

Now @MMM-E will come up with drones but we shouldn't forget that Israel too is a serious drone power....

Israel is the wife of the USA. Turkey is a concubine of the USA.
Both serve some important strategic value. A direct war between two hurts the USA's interest.

If the USA sees Turkey as out of line, the purpose of war shall be to put Turkey back in its place, not create an unsolvable stalemate that benefits Iran and Russia.

I too can say you are biased about Turkey.... when in clear broad day light we see where Turkiye stands infront of Isreal when it comes to platforms and war readiness.... Turkiye is second largest NATO force only on paper but with most outdated equipment and white America and other Christian States has ensured this purposely.....

Even Turkiye knows the realities and hence so much effort for domestic industry which is off course appreciated.... but unless and until they reach the level of china war with Isreal will be their worst mistake....
