You can't bring Afghan Tribal elders to table, because they have no concept of proper nation, they don't care about the future of their kids, women or anyone in general, all they care about is my tribe, violence and 2 sookhi roti with Piyaaz/Chatni. Its not like if Pakistan try to engage Afghans and tell them to think about the future of their kids, Afghan girls/women are already barred from most basic rights, young afghan kids spend most time either working small odd jobs or on the streets, or are already given to some madrassah to be brainwashed into a suicide bomber or a foot soldier. In fact RAW offering them money for human resource is the best stable income they will ever earn in their life.

There is no solution for this problem as to just kill as many as possible whenever you get the chance, kick every Afghan out of Pakistan, seal all borders and only keep 1 open for people to travel if necessary.

Firstly, there are war plans against Pakistan. Those are made in new Delhi and implemented from Afghanistan. So these Afghanis are pawns. The supply routes of Indian support (men and material) to Afghanistan has to be intercepted and broken. There are dozens and dozens of training camps in each Afghani province. That attack by PAF F-16s which Afghanis showed as attack on hospital, had a major stockpile of weapons near the medical facility, underground. Those were US made weapons that were left behind and it was taken out completely. In the previous attacks, PA took out a part of conventional weapon capability of Afghanis.

Secondly, regarding hitting them hard, it has its own set of variables. There are Afghan sympathizers in Pakistan. There are Afghan refugees in Islamabad and then there are Afghan businessmen inside Pakistan. There is radical thinking of islam that needs to be eradicated from with Pakistan's society, especially through molvis in Pakistani mosques (not just madrassahs). Afghan tribal leaders have to be brought on the table to be in favor of Pakistan.

This enemy has its youth doing absolutely nothing. They either cultivate poppy or are gun totters. This menace has less than fewer solutions.

They are building silos in the mountains from where they will launch drone swarms at your airbases.

We have all been urging to establish a buffer zone for years. No compounds, no silos, no bunkers, no cave networks, nothing nearby the border. Either this or regime change afghanistan and exterminate taliban and their families but I don't trust anyone in afghanistan.

They have already blasted your country for 20 years and killed thousands. Their hatred for Pakistan is absolute, there is no denying this and it can't be reasoned with.

If the buffer zone is not viable then Pakistan must change their nuclear posture to first use and tactical nuke afghanistan in the event they decide to attack and make sure the afghans and the world are well aware of this reality.

Also deport all legal and illegal afghans and cease people to people ties for the forseeable.

No i understand your hesitation, in reality there is no military solution for Afghanistan, a country will give up hostilities or fight just so its people can live in peace and proper, build a strong country with healthy economy, but Afghans don't think like this. They have no desire for a economically stable afghanistan where thousands of doctors, engineers, scientists are passing out from Afghan universities, they are literally treating their women which makes a huge number of work forces and can do wonders in transforming Afghans like Animals. Afghans are in this state for so long that they don't even know how and what to do when they are invitied to sit with civilized world, they are still living in that cavemen mindset which unfortunately many in KPK supports, including our messiah khan who have no issue with girls/women doing mujra in his rallies but he told his Andh bhakts that he will bring Riyaat-e-Madina, Rasool Allah and his companions must've been turning in their graves.

The infrastructure and weapons were there, only part to be fulfilled was training. That was thoroughly imparted by India.
4. The attacks after USA exfil became much more deadly and effective. Modern weapons from USA and guerilla training by Indian agents.
5. Now that Chabahar is compromised, India still doesnt need to move a massive cache of arms by land. Instructors and other support elements can be transported from airport to airport. Makes life easy in all domains.

Using a few tactical nukes on afgandustan will PERMANENTLY solve this problem.

Now when the Afghanis are trained on US Weaponry. They can get those from Israel or India or from black market or elsewhere. Secondly, they have been taught by Indian special forces/agents, and now they will be having afghani instructors in their own ranks to train the local youth in native language.

What will make a difference ? No not a nuke.
But
the correct use of technology by Pakistan. AI analysis like looking at locations, timings, days, strengths in numbers, weapons of choice, infiltration tactics etc. Use the data to analyze and use this information against them.
This will nullify the element of suprise.

Its possible to avert the suicide bombings through correct use of AI, data and Deep learning.
