Russia - Ukraine war part ll. News and Discussions

The idea that Russia only has 700 ballistic missiles in their inventory is outright nonsense. The reality is probably an order of magnitude higher, but this number has been settled on by the Ukrops as both high enough to cause alarm in Eurotrash capitals (and stiffen their desire to "gimmee more moneys") but not so high as to collapse the home front morale when Ukropian citizens finally understand what they are facing.
What is the monthly production rate in your opinion?

Footage showing the destruction of a Ukrainian "Lyuty" (Fierce) UAV by a Russian Tor-M1 surface-to-air missile (SAM) system. The video was captured by service members of the 27th Guards Motorized Rifle Division—part of the "Center" grouping of forces—in the Dobropillia sector. Although the Tor-M1 system was developed in 1991, it remains in successful operation today. The Tor-M1 air defense system is capable of engaging targets at a range of up to 12 km.

No idea, but I would expect that the Russians will maintain a stockpile of at least 2-3k Iskander M. They are busy building new armies in the rear as reserve forces in case the incompetent Russophobic clowns in EU/NATO do something phenominally stupid and a broad continental war breaks out. The idea they will retain ~700 ballistic missiles of all types when such a scenario is a real risk is quite frankly totally bonkers :ROFLMAO:

BTW I've read Ukropi estimates that Russia builds ~65 Iskanders per month and maintains a stockpile of 100-150 units. More stupid numbers they have sourced from their collective rectal cavity... in true NATO fashion.

Another arson attack in Europe.

A major fire at the Swiss arms manufacturer Brügger & Thomet (B&T AG) in the city of Thun is being investigated as a suspected arson attack, adding to a recent series of fires and explosions at European defense industry facilities connected to Ukraine’s military supply chain.

The previous European explosion at an arms factory was on the 30th October. Although the company tried to down play the incident as an accident.

A powerful explosion rocked an ammunition factory in southern Spain on October 30, injuring three workers and sending a large plume of smoke into the sky above the city of Granada.

The plant produces ammunition and missile components for Ukraine, making the incident the latest in a series of explosions and fires to hit European facilities linked to Kyiv’s arms supply chain. The facility is owned by Slovakia’s MSM Group, part of CSG, which is one of the main industrial participants in the Czech-led ammunition initiative for Ukraine. The program has delivered millions of artillery shells to Ukrainian forces since its launch in early 2024.

Any chance you can post in the future like an adult? And support with facts instead of speculative nonsense?

I can see Banderol cruise missiles being a problem for Ukrainians when carried by helicopters. Helicopters don't use airfields and very difficult to spot from hundreds of km away.

Interesting how things are connected.
Selling out other countries for cheap won’t help.
Putin among the losers

Ukraine is going to be one of the issues for Democrats if Trump wants anything from the House and Senate, we may see a US Military Aid Package deal coming through in 2027.

And right now, most military analysts say it will take Russia at least until 2035 to capture the entire Donbas, if the current progress continues.

Let do a quick math. Ukraine still controls 5,500km2 of Donbas. So possibly a win for Putin if his invasion army continues making net gains in the next 10 years. Given Russia casualties 50,000 men a month, Russia would lose another 6 million soldiers.
That’s ok for Putin. Lives are cheap.

I wouldn’t bet on US military help. The left and right are busy with themselves in the years to come. Nobody in Europe, Asia trust those people.

Footage has emerged of a major engagement between 28 Ukrainian robotic platforms and Russian FPV drones. The video was reportedly filmed in the Lyman area. The Ukrainian group included two robots equipped with Mk-19 grenade launchers, 18 robots armed with handheld grenade launchers, and eight kamikaze robots packed with explosives. Thanks to timely detection by scouts from the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Combined Arms Army, the robotic assault was repelled through strikes by FPV drones and the dropping of munitions.
