What is amazing is that Israel was protected by Arrow 3 interceptors, David's Sling missiles and US Navy's SM-3, and SM-6 interceptors and all of them failed to intercept 10 Iranian ballistic missiles.

Good news is that Israeli and US anti-ballistic missile defense systems don't work at all.

always said they must spend at least a fraction of what they spend on missile on our air force not give them enough just to survive
also i guess we soon see some modification to the warhead, probably equip the higher end warhead with something like a micro-sar radar so the missile see were it go

how will spending more on air force help this situation ? you want hypothetical indigenous Iranian 4th gen jet to cross hostile US + UK jets in Iraq then Syria to reach Israel to launch precise stand off munitions ?

You’ve got it backward. If you think Iran is winning any war with a 0-10% successful impact rate, then you set yourself up to get pulverized. Those systems have proven to be incredibly effective. The fact you hold them to the standard of perfection says a lot.

It reminds of the Serbs who still celebrate shooting down an F-117 in 1999. What they don’t tell you about is the hundreds of successful F-117 sorties that dragged Belgrade.

The 50% "failed" was simply what was not fired after evaluating Israel instant response

On Iranian TV, no more than 10 launches were filmed

We had very limited footage of BMs in the sky even they claim Iran sent 110 BMs

Iran was simply preparing the double of 50 BM to send at Israel if Israel responded or attacked Iran immediately

After assessing it was not the case, they were brought back to their hangars/underground storage

US counts this as failures, without sending an once of proof, don't tell us US had no satellite, even commercial to show to the public

I have seen videos of many many MRBM launches from Iran. not 100 but not 10 either. honestly I don't know who is right but it wouldn't surprise me if MRBMs had c. 30% failure rate

The only way the iriaf could`ve played any role was if it either had an aeroballistic capability [something like a kinzal but using a dezful or kheibar shekan] or had aircraft capable of air launching cruise missiles.
Sadly the iriaf has shown no interest in aeroballistics and the only cruise missiles we`ve seen it launch were the antiship variety

even if they have ALCM with 1500km range it still has to be launched from Iranian airspace since USA controls Iraqi airspace so it's no better than launching LACM from inside Iran

is there ALBM with 1200km+ range ? I also don't see much benefit of this vs land based MRBM, maybe you can explain
