Iran has not entered the war. If Israel killed those 3 generals inside their car or at a pizza shop, Iran wouldn’t have done anything close to what they did last week. They likely wouldn’t have even responded.

I think they simply missed their targets and everyone in Israel is embarrassed. If Iran intercepted them I'd fail to imagine why they'd not announce it or even brag about it.

It depends on where it hits the city and how many people were present at that point. But, for example, Tel aviv will become a ruin like Gaza when this number of rockets hit it.
