Honestly watching Lopez versus Lopez, I don’t think Saudi Arabia ever cut off ties with either country especially China and ties were strained with Russia during Syria war they had backed different sides had nothing to do with America opposing Russian ties, again according to wiki on this Russian President Vladimir Putin met King Abdullah in Riyadh during a high level delegation visit on 11–12 February 2007.[7] It was the first official visit for a Russian leader to the Kingdom.
