Indian National Congress orner

He is surrounded by idiotic Cong Leaders from Kerala🤦 They are his advisors. The only smart decision (& the biggest) his advisors made was to move him to Wayanad. These leaders apply the stuff that works in Kerala, pan India.
You can't go around and talk down on Modi personally and hope to win. Right now he is beyond RGs reach. What he should've done is to learn from BJP, if he was the CM of any state like say, MP, RJ and showed people how he can manage it then people probably would've been somewhat inclined to accept him. He was never made even a minister of State in 10 years of Congress rule, all he did was come up wanting to be PM. All this PR maybe good to familiarise him but he is not unfamiliar.
He was sure about Indians selecting him as their saviours in 2014 !

Then modi came as an out of syllabus question ! The poor prince is still searching for the answer !

Kanhaiya in Nagpur.

I think even with our very small membership we have done a great job via the two threads of explaining to the world what the Two Indias is.

It is a hard divide.

There will be a very few who you can have a decent conversation with.

I think pretty much the same scene in rhe US.

Personally I believe the Opposition should unite and boycott the polls unless EVMs are removed for Paper ballots once more.

I'm not certain, but I think we might be moving in that direction.

Hence the manipulated EC bill.

Vichaar ki ladai hai.

It is a very fundamental fight.

There is zero ambiguity in the minds of the hardcore ideologues on both sides.

Zero points of overlap.

This is a deathroll we are locked into.

heh.

"Hinduism" in most of its forms is not really a religion that is "open" in that way. It is very inward looking. It never had a path to become a Hindu or move out of Hinduism to the extreme of even denying divine altogether -- something most religion do not allow. So if Hinduism is like that, how come RSS will not be similar?

Now, RSS is more of a "peer to peer" organisation than a "top-down/master-slave" kind of organisation. It comprises of many branches with a branch head. Each branch is almost completely independent.

Actually, among other things, RSS supplement to Hinduism what Mosque and Churches always did: Organize the followers, promote discussion and pass on common decisions to the masses. Hindu temples typically did not cater to these needs. This does mean branch conduct can vary a lot too.

That being said, there is one part that is WAY MORE prominent than perhaps Hinduism or Hindutva in RSS. It should actually be obvious. Nationalism. And again it shows the closed nature of things. RSS is an organisation deeply tied to the land. It represents "fatherland" first and foremost. It even goes to make that distinction fundamentally in its charter: the religion that are of this land are distinct from the ones that came from outside.

This is why outer organizations of Sangh Parivar never get to call themselves RSS (and yes it would be an oxymoron too!). They have to settle for HSS or something similar. Infact, RSS goes out of way to draw that line. VHP is global. RSS will never let itself to be really global.

Actually, my own thinking is, Hinduism at its core is agrarian. Which make land really important to it. Which is why Hinduism and its nationalism is tightly tied to this geography and it shows in its major political movement as well.

My goodness this was all so spot on especially the conclusion. Anyone mistaken you for me yet?

Have we chatted on old PDF? I don't recognise the name (though if you prefer to remain anon. here, by all means i understand)

I did notice, with great satisfaction, the significant resemblance. Not all of it was pleasing - @Nilgiri, you are all too well aware of those differences - but let me say that this gentleman might fit right into 'insaniyat'.

I have an old bone to pick with you on this.

You have never asked me privately or mentioned me in public as a potential member.

Am I not an insaan enough for you.

Am I a haivaan.

Is it your Daeva Ahura ancestral bias.

You do know which side was slimy deceitful and cheated right?

Leading to the split.

Hint. It was not mine.

Cheers, Doc

I'll propose you on my return, if you will honour us. My accent is on adding women, to give it that diversity, but you will be a very welcome addition. Don't you think so, @Nilgiri?
