It's the whole officers who are trained from age 18 in British style that's the problem

Unless the whole mentality of officers is changed from masters to serving it won't change

So there is some merit to the argument.

Every Pakistani has similar complaints, even the Afghans in Pakistan were treated bad so I can understand their anger due to harassment. If only we had rule of law, then people could get justice, the majority of the hatred and problems would be resolved. The ruling elite does not want this, otherwise the politicians, generals, mafias, local dacoits business empire would collapse.

You don't need to do that

You just need to do some simple logical steps that no one will dare to do

1- dissolve all army business
2- ban army from agriculture and dairy farming (hell at ghazi air base that was taken over from WAPDA you can see all the base commanders have dairy farms for themselves on govt money, don't believe it come and see)
3- ban all BMWs
4- ban all private clubs and golf clubs
5- ban batman culture or wives of army generals
6- ban govt posts for retired army personel (they can go into private sector if they are qualified).
7- ban two retirements(sometimes three).
8- reduce army size to logical size ..small and lethal force is needed
