That Gaza Pier, as I previously highlighted, is the Ellis Island of the Middle East. Consider the link to that article in our DM; in the extensive 1500+ pages, none have shared it. Now, given the opportunity, who wouldn't consider leaving and heading West?
The Muslims have effectively lost more territory, and next, the question of Jerusalem is solved as well.
This conflict, as I mentioned, is headed toward its final conclusion, and we have to wait for Chapter 2. I will discuss those shortly in my DM.
I don't understand the basis of your pessimism? But let's get the Gaza Pier out of our way--again: I don't think it is possible to evacuate 2+ million Palestinians via the Gaza pier and nor do I think that's being planned. And evacuate them to the West? It is true many many people from poor countries would jump at the chance to go to the West but will the West take the Palestinians in such large numbers? I think we know the answer to that. Also, as I said in a post 1-2 days ago, forcing Palestinians to leave via the Gaza Pier is almost impossible--it is a security nightmare for the American and Israeli soldiers. Watch how relatively peaceful the Pier is and ponder why: That is because the Pier has the Gazan resistance's implicit support! Otherwise, they'd blow up the Pier and the trucks!
About your mention of losing the territory: What? The Gaza Pier is akin to loss of the Palestinian territory? Have we not been following Gallant and Gantz open challenges to Netanyahu? Also, I hope people have read an article in NY Times within last couple of days where America and Saudi Arabia are in late stages of 'bilateral' talks which are bypassing at least Netanyahu, if not the State of Israel. You see: America is a global power with its global interests and Israel and its Lobby maybe the most powerful Lobby (after AARP) but there are bigger opportunities for $ making.
So, no, I don't see reason to be pessimistic. On the contrary, Israel's strategic defeat is being discussed more and more. I wished so many thousand Gazans didn't die to come to this achievement but such is world and such are wars.
