I remember watching a documentary where they explained that the Turks were initially neutral in WW1 but only joined Germany after Britain commandeered two ships that they were building for Turkey. The Brits were desperate for ships in wartime.
Of course the story of why the Turkish Empire could not build their own ships and had to go to Britain is a sad story of decline in and of itself.

I am about as anti-Zionist as they come.
The real tragedy, regarding Palestine during WWII, is Hitler telling Hajj Amin al-Husayni, basically, Germany will fight for the Palestinians when the time was right.

The 13th Waffen Mountain Division was the first non-Germanic Waffen-SS division, and its formation marked the expansion of the Waffen-SS into a multi-ethnic military force. Composed mainly of Bosnian Muslims.

Hitler had remarked that “the only Prophet I respect is Prophet Muhammad and the only religion I admire is Islam”. (Ref: Mein Kampf)
In fact Hitler’s holocaust of the European Jews was inspired by the holocaust of Arabian Jews by Muhammad.
After the war, Eva Braun’s sister, Ilse, remembered his frequent discussions on the topic, repeatedly comparing Islam with Christianity in order to devalue the latter. In contrast to Islam, which he saw as a strong and practical faith, he described Christianity as a soft, artificial, weak religion of suffering. Islam was a religion of the here and now, Hitler told his entourage, while Christianity was a religion of a kingdom yet to come — one that was deeply unattractive, compared to the paradise promised by Islam.

Again, whether you agree or not, does not matter.
I am simply asking "Nazi" not be equated with Zionists.
I find it deeply offensive and obviously untrue.

Since the enemy controls the air & the Palestinians don't have the means to offset it, the mujahideen should not be fighting on the top of rooftops. Tunnels & inside the buildings are the better choice as they currently do in Gaza. May they achieve victory very soon insha'Allah.
