Who was General Rao Farman Ali? Wasn't he responsible for killing millions of people in Bangladesh? Was bhuttoo government not responsible for their actions? But Rao was ended by getting the medals.

I can add a lot of responsible persons from bhutto to Yahya khan .... Were they ever punished by law?

What about zia ul haq responsible for joining war in Afghanistan against Soviet and killing thousands of people.? The war is responsible for destruction of a country and till now people are suffering .

I can list down leaders from so called demonstrate countries, those are responsible for killing hundreds and thousands of people around the world.
