BREAKING: Biden announces new ceasefire proposal in live speech

Biden says that Israel has offered a new ceasefire proposal. This is three-phase roadmap to a permanent ceasefire and the release of all hostages

Phase 1: The first phase will last six weeks with a complete ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas of Gaza. During the six weeks of phase one, Israel and Hamas would negotiate to get to phase two which is a permanent end to hostilities. If negotiations take more than 6 weeks, the ceasefire will continue as long as talks continue.

Phase 2: The second phase would be a "formal permanent end to hostilities" and the release of all the remaining live hostages.

Phase 3: Phase three would include the reparation of the Gaza Strip. This phase would also include the return of the remains of the hostages who died in Hamas captivity.

I’m skeptical. But it’s a huge positive development for the innocent people inside Gaza.

The question is what happens in the North? Does HZ stop?

If this is true, it was entirely because of 3 things:

1) HZ dominating the North

2) Israeli war crimes being shown across the world and loss of standing of Israel even among Allies. Lead to even 3 European countries to recognize a Palestinian state.

3) ICC (dramatic theatrical) war crimes announcement


Israel was given a GIFT by Hamas on Oct 7th when elements of Hamas attacked CIVILIAN targets (music festival and settlements) instead of focusing on just police stations and military targets.

I said it then it was HUGE mistake killing innocent civilians (on either side) and all it did was give Israel a get out of jail free card for first 3 months of conflict and even to this day. If Hamas has stuck to soldiers and valid military and security targets then they would have the entire upper hand throughout the conflict regarding the messaging. Just look at HZ in the North, the vast majority of their attacks is focused on military targets outside of firing rockets (which you can’t really control where an unguided $250 rocket lands).

Nonetheless, Instead of Israel harnessing this gift by Hamas and expanding their dominance on Gaza and potentially killing ANY hope of a Palestinian state. They went back to genocide and completely lost the plot and only furthered the Palestinian cause.

Quite remarkable at the incompetence of IDF and Bibi’s coalition. It’s almost like IRGC and IRI are competing against IDF/Bibi to see who can be more incompetent the last 6 months.

Clear same scrooge method to then say "see Hamas doesn't want peace, not Israel"

During the six weeks of phase one, Israel and Hamas would negotiate to get to phase two which is a permanent end to hostilities

This is a trap containing the same words such as "6 weeks then after we will see" and no guarantees over what they will do after 6 weeks

A ceasefire of 6 weeks is not a ceasefire, given Israel propensity to lie, they will continue the genocide once they get back the hostages

Why 6 weeks? This is the red flag, why not a simple ceasefire and release of hostages, repair Gaza and there it is?

Israeli settlers asks for a rescue of hostage, not "cease the genocide", they are 98% for the genocide to continue and finish

Let's see what it does and if it looks serious, but there are clear red flags of a potential trap/scam that Israel did in the past, hopefully not taking those scrooges bait

Probably nearly all of the northern bases, Meron and others are evacuated since at least 6 months, Hezbollah is striking at a punching bag with a machete, but there are still populated barracks as shown by Almas camera

At this point 10km inside south Lebanon inside Israel is owned and under indirect control of Hezbollah, no batteries, no bases, not a single settler within 10km besides those soldiers that always take an Almas shot as a gift

If people recall at the start, Hezbollah was throwing massive shots on IDF here and on its bases, there is probably no one in them anymore, they are just hammering what is already hammered

The US has made these proclamations before, candy wrapping Zionia's (non)proposals and trying the put the onus on Hamas--where Hamas immediately rejected. I won't assign much value to US comments until Hamas comes back.

Btw Israeli news are refuting Biden claiming that Netanyahu said that he doesn't have the authority to end the war.

This is so weird, could this be Bidens tactical move to put pressure on Israel? Hamas will certainly accept this, this is literally their own proposal from February.
