No, both agencies are under retired General Asim. I think whole problem is because of two retired Generals. Asim munir and nadeem anjum. Both have their own skins to save, both have done so much that they believe they cannot be forgiven and that's why they will resort to every tactic to stop PTI. Both are retired but still wearing uniform because they think its protecting them.

They can just leave Pakistan like Bajwa, Raheel, Kiani and the rest, no questions will be asked. But it's certainly confusing on what is going on, the security forces keep on shooting themselves in the foot, making all the wrong decisions. I was thinking that other day it could be possible that intelligence agencies have independent political department who make their own decisions, just like NAB is not under PM control, these departments could be working independently.
