LOL! I think everybody knows this is a huge warning by the police in Roanoke Virginia (pop ~100,000) that this car was "confiscated" from a criminal and now they use it. Basically "Hey...you do a crime here and we are going to take all your stuff...see you in court when you beg and beg the judge to have it be given back...have a nice @#$% day!"
