Bangladesh Socio-Political Crisis 2024 and onwards

I still stand by my hypothesis that this ouster was engineered by Bangladeshi elites, with full backing of BD Army.

China knew Hasina was not gonna sit for long, thus gave her a cold shoulder in Beijing.
Hasina leaned too much on India.

I always credited her political acument in balancing India and China against each other but she made the fatal mistake of choosing India over China.

No idea if she is going senile that made her do this or there was another reason but she cannot stay in power without the support of the BA.

Latest report from Journalist Zulkarnain Sami - India and UK denied entry to Hasina. She is seeking alternative to enter Belarus now. Also, no BAF pilot wants to fly her to her destination.

She may get asylum in Malaysia, or some Gulf nation.

But suprised she is denied entry to India, if the report is true, which i doubt.

Of course it had backing from third party after the events of July 17-20 - China, India and US all tried to spin their own narrative and funded the protest. Hasina made critical bad mistakes after another and snowballed her own downfall.

But - it all started for a apolitical, fair and a just cause. Kudos to the Gen Z students.

Sami has been 100% right all through this revolution. So I think it is true, but we will see.

India has discarded Hasina, if they shelter her, people will hate India more. Lest we forget, there is already a boycott india campaign ongoing in BD since 2024 election.

Wish we could do the same to the rats sitting in GHQ who are refusing to bow down to the will of the people.

Respect to the people of Bangladesh, they have shown that in our part of the world, where status quo forces wont respect the will of the people, only stick and boots of the masses work on them. Lessons to be learned.

My take - Bangladesh in the last 20 years have done exceptional hard graft and work. Hasina has been hoovering all accolades and praises as the saviour of all in Bangladesh.
Bit like those that put down every bit of success down to Modi jeee.
She wasnt the catalyst - the people were. Banladeshi awaam have been brave and decisive and spilled blood in the last couple of weeks and have achieved. Pakistan are you watching?
Speaks volumes that the rumours suggest that shes finding a save haven in India? Well well well.

report says that she was denined landking on Kolkata, now flying over north India, probably heading towards Delhi to refuel and head towards the gulf

Good thing we kept our military away from politics. This is not the right way for any country, involve the courts and they should've stripped SHW of her powers and send her away. Military getting involved is out right treasonous at least a section of the society will see it that way and gives birth to revenge politics

Pakis should learn something. They are too p-u-s-s-y to do anything.

It can be said that BD economic rise past 20 years is not because of the political leadership, but despite political leadership.

Much of it can be credited to private businesses and expats who work tirelessly for the betterment of their own family and villages.

Yes that is true for sure that it was mainly the hard work of BD'shis.

However without the infrastructure like roads, bridges and power stations that government provides then most of the potential cannot be realised.

Some infrastructure like Roppur nuclear power station probably would never have been built without her long-standing government.

Hasina like most leaders is a loud mouth and her constant references to her father was annoying and anyway all that infrastructure that were named after her father can be renamed. What matters is that it got built and so BD now has the foundation to use this to propel the economy forward.

Like it or not, she provided that political stability for 15 years that BD had lacked previously.
