Many PDF members pointed this out, that Hasina will be on the hitlist and now she's gone. It's a mystery on how the usa does it, the protesters were genuine aswell, looking at the Arab spring, the protesters were genuine but usa used that to cause havoc in those nations, some even led to wars, in some nations after a few years the old guard came back to power.

If Bangladesh moves from BAL to BNP/JI coalition government, and Bangladesh gives military base to Usa then I would say its a red flag but hopefully Bangladesh will move towards interim government, and the youth, professionals create new parties which will rule bangladesh. Unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime soon, BNP/JI will be in power.

Many of the elites have properties in the US. Also US intelligence agencies have compromising info on all these elites. That is how they can force the elites to do their bidding. Just like what Imran Khan said about Zardari Sharif etc who have billions in wealth in UK / US

What divine justice. Hasina's entire (almost) family was eliminated on August 15th, and the Awami League as a political party died on August 5th.

As I have said many times over the years, the Awami League does not represent the Bangladeshi people. They were installed by India to make Bangladesh a vassal state for looting and exploitation.

I waited 15 years to see her demise and I thank Allah ta'aal for keeping me alive to witness this historic moment.

The President tends to be a nutless wonder. Can't tell his ass from his elbow without government prompts.

The army was put in a very difficult position to quell student protests when law enforcement failed miserably.
The army sensed civil war hence gave Hasina way out without getting lynched.

Yeah this is not so different from what happened in Sri Lanka, in fact this looks like the same script but see how Sri Lanka did it. Their President and PM resigned and left with the help of the Military without their chief getting into the mix. Another government took over. It wasn't very difficult.
When push comes to shove we tend to rely on the military and in the end, they betray that trust.

I hope BNP Jamaat arent stupid enough to be worse than what they claim AL to be.

They gave a rail corridor, which India can use in the event of war with China to avoid relying on Chicken neck corridor.

Increased bi lateral military training.

And also recently ordered vehicles recently.

Just because they haven't let an Indian base in Bangladeshi soil, doesn't mean they have not done anything. They know very well a drastic move will face serious resistance, that's why they have introduced little changes over time.
