Iranian Foreign & Resistance Front Strategy & Operations

Pakistan is basically bankrupt. If we decide to embark on such adventures, one call from USA is all it'll take to bring "democracy and freedom" to Pakistan never witnessed before. Just ONE phone call.

A few bank wires to Pakistani generals personal bank accounts by Uncle Sam and they will become anti Iran overnight.

The only thing Pakistan has sovereignty decision making over is India, everything else is decided by America or China due to the dire economic situation Pakistan is in.

Islamic Republic answers to the West and East.

7 days no response…

Once their response comes, the propaganda red carpet will be rolled out by Hajizadeh and Salami until another 6 months when Israel will kill more Iranians and Iran will look like a paper Tiger/Emperor has no clothes.

Courtesy of Khameani and his extreme phobia of any direct conflict.

Iraqi PMU blames Iran for missing an opportunity to retaliate against the US with unsatisfactory response in 2020

After the assassination of IRGC Qods force commander Qassem Soleimani & top Iraqi PMU leader Abu Mahdi Muhandis, Iraqi paramilitary groups wanted to retaliate first and promptly but two Iraqi paramilitary leaders told me in separate interviews that Iran asked them to wait until Tehran makes decision and prepare its response first.

Of course that time a top Iranian commander was assassinated in Baghdad but Iraqi Shia paramilitaries also had lost a big leader and also the attack had happened in Iraqi soil so they were arguing that they should go first and they wanted to take a “hard revenge” immediately.

Tehran had refused this and requested the groups to be “patient”

.Two years later in an exclusive interview Asaib Ahl al Haq leader Qais Khazali told me that he and some other groups’ leaders believe due to that waiting they “lost a great opportunity to retaliate hard against the US and that the response from Iran wasn’t satisfactory for many of them”.

The other leader told me that Iran calculated a lot and “they missed the momentum”.

we are seeing history repeat itself and IRGC making the same mistakes time and time again.

In other news water is wet.

Said this for a few years. Commercial saftelite photography is cheap for a nation state to purchase and many orders magnitude strong than Iran’s current “spy satellite”.

Point?

People here argued (that user who I quoted in particular) that Hezbollah wasn’t using commercial grade photography for its videos or intelligence and using *checks notes* drone footage. As if Iran/HZ has any FLIR tech capable of 20cm 4K resolution imagery from high altitude. Laughable.

Another common argument against my point was that satellite companies blur all military installations. Again a laughable claim as very few targets or firm will blur images this day and age anymore.

Once again my knowledge exceeds your expectation young grasshopper.

Back to word salad you go!

it was already proven that Hezbollah uses drone footage for surveillance... I thought I was being nice by not mentioning it after you insisted the footage of the destroyed balloon was so obviously not from a drone

all this time wasting diplomacy only for all these countries to vote against Iran at the next UNSC/UN meetings

Iranian leadership is nervous they don't want full blown war. They know internal pressures economically have people not happy and so this is a very delicate balancing act. If their attack leads to full blown war, then its possible they perceive a threat to their own governance?

Also they may be wanting to increase their force multipliers making it even more painful for their enemies to attack them, its possible Iran is not feeling fully confident in its ability just yet and this is where "strategic patience" is playing through.

Ahh. Cool!😀

It’s was NOT from a drone. Even a child could understand that. Hezbollah can say anything they want, they also said they didn’t do the Druze soccer field attack. Even though there is an Israeli military base close by.

A camera of that quality to take such a resolution shot would cost hundreds if not millions of dollars. And I’m supposed to believe HZ has that? The FLIR on the Turkish drone that searched for Raisi alone was almost $2M from a Canadian company and look at that resolution still not the Hezbollah drone.

All the planes are in arriving.

Iran by waiting is allowing its enemies to prepare as a way to limit the counter attack on itself. And it’s doing that on purpose actually. US intelligence already said most of the Iranian weapon launchers and capability from April was still left set up, so Iran should have a much shorter reaction time. Hajizadeh openly bragged round 2 would be so much worse and he “hopes” he gets the chance. Well now he does. Salami and Bagheri redline they set got violated a few months after.

The thinking goes if you cannot stay silent then make sure the enemy has enough time to prepare that any damages is their own fault and thus not worthy of a stronger counter response.

I bet you that is what Iran is doing. Giving every so much time to prepare to lessen the risk of a bad counter strike. Basicsllly a HUGE courtesy given to your enemy.

Iran is soft as cotton under Khamenai. Hard to believe the Khomeini Iran was blowing up Marine barracks, Israeli diplomatic outposts and buildings, US/Western facilities in the 80’e and 90’s and helped assassinate Lebanon’s PM Hariri

I get it’s “revolutionary fervor” days are long in the rear view, but this is absurd. Remove the Quds force and it’s shadow war and Iran is basically a pacifist country.
